So Good, everyone was so nice, but no breakfast platters at this BK, and no hot coffee. The coffee is kept on the front counter in a pot not hot. Very clean even the restrooms this restaurant should have a rating of 99.0 for cleanliness.

The food took a very long time and unfortunately we had to be somewhere, the manager there Robert was very kind and very apologetic for the delay and even refunded our order. It just seems to me that the staff is either new or don’t seem to care. Burger King was actually my first job so I get it, fast food isn’t the greatest or best job to have but it’s still work. I wish Robert didn’t have to stress himself out trying to get the staff to do their jobs. Baggers were on their phone while there was food just waiting to be bagged. Then they blamed the kitchen staff for food not coming out fast enough. Great customer service from management he deserves a raise.

I just left this Burger King location (6/03/23 @ 1:00pm) and felt very compelled to review it online. Fast food is fast food, it is what it is, I usually don’t have expectations for fast food, other than a quick cheap bite to eat. However, this location was fantastic. Both the manager on duty and the cashier were so nice, very pleasant and helpful. The dining area, bathrooms and parking lot were all very clean and well kept. I get that it might not seem like a big deal, but being a past restaurant manager in this industry, it’s not very easy to always stay in a great mood. But this Burger King did a great job, I was very pleased and impressed!

The conditions of the restaurant were deplorable. The ice machine was broken, customers were reaching their bare hands into the ice machine which was a health code violation. The food was low quality—even for a fast food restaurant, and it took 45 minutes to be prepared. I wouldn’t come back.

Rude staff member at window. Time 6:58pm on July 14th 2023. He needs a better attitude instead of acting like it’s an inconvenience when people are ordering. Than I hear him on the intercom say man really $50 like really why does it bother you ur not paying for. Then when I said thank you When he handed me the receipt his response was yeah? I can see why this place has several negative reviews. I will not be back. I will go out of my way to a different Burger King than to go back to this one. It was ridiculous train your staff better.

The open time on the door reads 6am. I have been here multiple times at 6:30am and it’s only been 1 or 2 staff there and they work in the kitchen. No one is there that can take my order and process my money transaction. Just close down already! Smh.

I ordered to go a “BACON KING”…it actually looked a pathetic single, flattened patty with a little piece of bacon on top; eventhough the deceiving photo had 2 pattys with cheese and bacon…it looked big but, maybe I should have ordered the picture instead. I ordered 2 chicken nuggets which supposed to have 8 each….they actually had 4 each. I asked for extra barbecue sauce got 2 per order and was told there is $.15 cent charge each for extras

Waited for 25 minutes for a simple order!!! There were people in line waiting to order the employees didn’t have a clue who’s order was who’s!!! Understand it was at the peak of lunch time, but fast food ain’t fast no more!!!! Last visit here!!!

This place does not take allergies seriously. Plain is plain, nothing, noda. All I say is check your food before leaving. Take it out of the bag, open it, and look. I do not think that reading is within this job description. Yes, they did offer to replace the food. I declined, and I will not take that chance with them ever again.
