On this day 8/20/2023 @ 1:00pm The lady in the Drive-Thru that took our order was very very rude and lost our business. We did not finish ordering our meals because on how rude she was. I’m pretty sure the manager/owner CEO reading this review will not be pleased. If the employees don’t like there job and don’t put on their best positive customer service attitude costume” then they should not be representing your business.

I have been to this location several times because I like BK and work near this location. I’ve had frequent wrong orders, witnessed employees yelling at each other, and been told I could not add cheese to a Wooper. They also frequently close the drive through and I’ve even been by once when the light were on and the building was locked and no one was inside. This was at ~5pm. The lights were on, the cashiers had lights on, but the door was locked and the place looked empty. No cars in parking lot. I have fully given up on this BK location, which is so sad because I still enjoy their food. Just go to the other surrounding fast food instead of this place

The experience of this Burger King how do a burn the worst experience at any fast food restaurant that I’ve ever experienced. My sandwich look like it’s if somebody sat on it in the back it was completely flat and soggy. They were out of items on the menu. There is no catch-up to be served because it was empty. All the trash bins were completely full. The only positive thing I could say is that the bathroom was clean. I would have to say it was the worst $20 I’ve ever spent on two breakfast sandwich meals.

I was in the drive thur today July 11 for almost 15 minutes. The inside was closed why I don’t understand at 1:30 in the middle of the day. Then I’m guessing they told the truck in front me to hold at the intercom because he cut his truck off and we were setting over 8 minutes. This is beyond ridiculous as well as a waste of time. Yall have to do better this is the only fast food place that inside is closed during lunch time why???

The worst customer experience I ever encountered. Walked into the restaurant during a non busy part of the day. Took at least 5 minutes for someone to greet me and when they did they had no smile and seemed like they just woke up from sleeping. The lady behind the counter was rude. It is not wonder shy Burger Kings are going out of business. It’s been years since I have been to a BK restaurant. I guess this is why. Stay away from this location.

Website/Maps say they close at midnight. I ordered and paid thru the app. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11pm, along with about 4 other cars. No employee answered our calls. Since I paid in advance, I was a little more persistent – blowing my horn. There was an employee with the back door open, lights and music on but he didn’t come to the window until after I asked for a refund through the app and drove away. No where within the drive thru are the hours listed. I tried to call the store at 2:40pm the next day to speak with a manager, the phone literally rang for over 2 minutes. I see why their ratings are so low with practices like these.

I went thru drive thru. They said receipt paper out or not working. I ordered 2 cookie orders with my whopper no onion w cheese and double whopper w cheese no onion and a chocolate pie. We’ll supposed to get 2 cookies per order. I only received 2 envelopes w 1 cookie each. Bummed. But food always delicious.

The food is always fresh at this location. There is a high turnover on staff here, but mostly, they are friendly. The tables and booths are not always clean. The soda fountain never has anything but coke and sprite. I always have to ask for a drink from the drive thru soda machine. The restrooms are hit and miss with the cleanliness. They have not reopened the playground yet.

Don’t go here pick any of the other places in this area but don’t go to Burger King, they I’ve charge $1.20 to switch to a soft drink instead of a coffee at breakfast. Doesn’t make any sense because soft drinks are actually cheaper. The food is disgusting the fire oil hasn’t been changed in 100 years and hash browns were so bitter couldn’t eat them. And the ketchup and soda area was filled with fruit flies, and the bathrooms were disgusting
