I just wanted to take the time to give a couple of the employees at this location a compliment. Jordan was the cashier that helped me.. He was Very pleasant to order with and got my special order PERFECT. I also noticed he and Trevor were going above and beyond for ALL the customers with Great attitudes…. on top of all that they were keeping the restaurant orderly and Superr clean!! Including Sweeping the floor thoroughly, keeping all the Tables wiped clean and chairs organized. I travel all around… This is a Great Location due in a major part by these two!!

Waited in drive threw forever, apparently the lady at the window can’t multi-task. Order a plain whopper w/cheese lettuce and onion. Repeated thats all I wanted on the burger no condiments or anything else. Sandwich only. Waited at the window a good while got my sandwich she repeated my order to me drove off. Took a bite out of my sandwich and got to use my Epi Pen. I have an allergy to tomato which is why I ask for my sandwich the way I did. Not trying to be rude but it shouldn’t be so hard to get an order correct and perhaps some employees who can multi-task.

Too much waiting time Just two people who had to work hard to service the inner venue and Tru drive. The food is good but greasy with oil, too much oil. The people who worked did their best but personnel management needs to be reconsidered. It takes more people to work to offer better service.

Couldn’t even order anything here. They said it was drive thru only on one day then when I tried calling the next day to see if was drive thru only again nobody answered. I guess this BK isn’t interested in making money. There were a total of 5 customers turned away when I went.

I can’t imagine a place being any worse. The entire staff left the building. When I went to order there was literally no one there. When they came back through the back door, it took about 5 more minutes for me to get service. Then, I was served the fries I had been watching sit in the warmer since I arrived. I was told they don’t carry cheese sticks even though they are on the menu board. My burger was cold .. they forgot to microwave it I guess? I hope I don’t get sick…. I won’t be back here for sure.
