The quality of food at this Burger King is second to none, but I was told them my last visit that on Pantops Mountain that Burger King will be closing either the end of February or end of March. I’ve kind of sad because they’re always friendly there. They always treat you like you’re the only customer there and you’re served in a timely manner.

We were there at a slow time. Service was very slow and staff seemed somewhat confused. Our order took an exceptionally long time. The Whoppers we ordered sat until they were cold while the manager waited on new fries. Overall, I will never go back to this Burger King location. The staff was friendly, but not well managed. I would not recommend this location.

Standard menu as most all burger king’s. Usually an adequate experience with food that is also adequate. Staff is generally friendly. We will probably return at some point in the future. I’m giving this place 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score.

The staff are very friendly. I was highly impressed with how fast their service is. They make you feel welcomed and not rushed when planning your order. The exterior and interior both are very clean. I would recommend this restaurant and location to anyone seeking an enjoyable fast food service.

Terrible. Went here with my kids on a Sunday evening. Employees were outside kickin it with their bros or watching videos on their phones. One was holding what appeared to be her daughter’s baby behind the register. Hair in one of our burgers. Dining area was abnormally warm, as if they’re skimping on the AC. If you must go to Burger King, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

It depends on each visit! Sometimes it’s a 1 * 🙁 old fries and sloppy burgers and sometimes it’s a five-star. 🙂 perfect fries and a perfect burger it’s like flipping a quarter. But in its defense that’s the same at any fast food place and a lot of sit down places

The staff was friendly and the food was tasty. The only issues I had was that the tables weren’t completely clean (some wiped poorly, and several had stuff on the edges and sides), and there was trash under some of the tables, even though it wasn’t busy at all (one other dining party).

If you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes to get through the drive through, the food is decent. I’m not sure what the deal was today; whether there was only one person working the place or what. If the drive-through had been wider, I would have driven through.

gah tried the new tacos because of the commercial and was very disappointed. I went to the drive through window and bought 3 tacos. All were crispy alright crispy hard and shrunken. Very little mystery meat lettuce and cheese. The tacos looked like they were from the day before and were broken in some places. I’d rather pay a little more and go to Taco Bell where the tacos look and taste the way real tacos should. I may go inside BK one day to get a freshly made taco and see if there’s a favorable difference.

Ordered a 2 Cheeseburger Bundle Meal with no cheese…waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru at 8:00 at night. I received 1 hamburger & 1 cheeseburger, so I had to go back and get my order fixed. Neither burger had hardly any mustard or ketchup on it, they were both cold & the buns were stale. My onion rings were also cold. I was VERY disappointed, I had a craving for a juicy, hot flame-broiled hamburger and a stale, nasty, cold, dry cheeseburger.
