We ordered 4 Original Chicken Sandwiches and took almost 15 mins to fix price after was over charged. Then the Chicken patties were over cooked and hard the buns were rock hard and had mold on the bottom.

Slow staff, lack ability to preform multiple task. 5 minute wait at speaker with no answer.. pulled around to hear from staff at window trucks don’t trip sensor. Food not ready in 10 minutes with me pulling forward. Walked in for refund. Fries were not up and ready they said. Will not return.

Litterally the worst fast food place. I have tried this place time and time again because they are the only place close to me. Every time it never fails they mess something up or forget something I paid for and most of the time I dont have a chance to go back for a couple of days. They have been closed at random times. Also every time I get the original chicken sandwich its burnt along with if you order something online that has dipping sauce, you will not get it. I enjoy BK but I wish this place would step it up.

First let me say I love Burger King. But the one in Shenandoah va is about the worst ever. I have never gotten a hot meal there. The cheese always looks like it just came out of the fridge. This is the only fast food place in the area so that’s the only reason I’ve given them a second chance and a third.

Completely messed up my order, fries were fried in old oil. Whopper sandwich was made wrong. I paid a $1.00 for cheese I never received. If I wasn’t already 15 minutes away. I would have turned around. But thats what I get for eating a burger King. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered and paid for a steak house burger and was pulled up because they had to get the onions. When I got home what I got instead of the steakhouse burger was a bacon king single. Maid to wait for crispy onions and they still gave me the wrong burger and this is not the first time I’ve had problems ordering a strait off the menu item.

Stopped in to change my baby and restaurant shares bathroom with attached gas station. Bathroom looks like it hasn’t been tended to in weeks. Burger King should be ashamed to be associated with that dump!

I understand that this restaurant is within a convenience store, but this was the most god awful dirty restaurant that I have ever walked into. So bad I decided not to eat there. There were flies everywhere and the floors were sticky gross. Dirty, physical dirt all over the floor. Staff was quite rude when this was mentioned. I ‘NOPED’ RIGHT OUT. I could be jittery hungry and not eat there. Not hungry enough for that.
