This is twice in the past week that my order has been completely wrong. I even reached out to Grubhub to ask that they make sure my order was correct before the driver leaves the store. How do you confuse whopper with cheese meals as a cheeseburger and then forget half of the other food? What is truly disappointing is that my vehicle is in the shop so I’m stranded at a hotel, hence the reason that I have to have food delivered and then when it’s not correct, I have to once again order something else and pay for more food and yet another delivery fee. Between the food always being wrong and the fact of no one answering the phone at all, I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location. Whoever makes the food clearly doesn’t need to be in the kitchen and can’t read. Don’t waste your time eating here!

The app! You gotta get the BK app on your phone. Always a great deal on it, especially on Whopper Wednesday. I forgot how much I like the whopper with cheese. The onion rings are pretty tasty. I get 2 packs of the zesty onion sauce. One for the rings and the other I put on the sandwich. It’s so good that way. When I get home I’ll pop the burger in the microwave for 30 seconds. Makes all the difference. Now the whole thing is hot. The one detraction to BK is the bun is cold. I’m not sure they even toast the thing anymore.

The sign on the outside window stated the pancakes were 3/.89 cents. When I ordered the cashier rudely made the comment the sale went off this morning and they haven’t took the sign down. Argued with her for awhile saying by law she had to charge the lower price.

I ordered the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe and the chicken was very undercooked slightly on the raw side in my opinion definitely had a unusually chewy and stringy texture to it also the mayonnaise had a unique color to it that made me believe it was either old or sitting out too long at room temperature. Unfortunately did not notice this till after I drove away and took a bite of the sandwich. Needless to say I’m expecting to have a bad night.

I was running some errands. It was 10/2/20 around 6-7pm. It took a lot longer than expected and me and my mom were starving and tired. We were a bit disoriented in ordering, which we noted the gentleman taking the order worked it like a champ. We were impressed. He was kind and curious also giving us our food. When we parked to eat, the chicken fries were cold, like cold cold. We went through the line and told him. He was like, we will take care of this immediately. Come through the line. We were also met with the manager to make sure things were met with satisfaction. We said we were sorry about bring them back, he said, “No, I am sorry.” Great management and workers!
