I do not recommend for anyone to eat or work here. There’s too much conflict of interest. The DM is a mother. The manager is a daughter. There has been siblings that have been assistants. The female manager there will encourage staff to work there while sick. If you’re vomiting, she’ll say, there’s a trash can, and tell you to get back to work. It has been observed people working having diarrhea, go to the bathroom, and come back to work. Spouse caught adenovirus working there, then the manager took him out of the system because he had to be seen for it due to the severity of it. There’s grease caked back in the worker area that isn’t removed or cleaned properly. Staff stays sick there. I wonder how many customers get sick there. They can’t keep staff for some reason. After knowing how that place is, will not eat there ever again. Do not eat there! The pest control guy overlooks their issues.

The service is terrible.Last time a friend and I ate there we both got sick. Night manager should not be managing her own life.5 cars ahead of me at window took almost 28 minutes to get served they got my order wrong,instead of making it right I was told to get in back of line (which had doubled in size) so I left disgusted and haven’t been back I called corporate to complain bottom line they didn’t care. I give 1 star because u have to rate them and there is no 0.

Waited so long for my food. They are super slow. They all serve the drive thru. No one care about the front. I just wanted to change my wrong order, the tall guy with glasses saw never approach was waiting with my sandwich. No one came. I got attention at last by waving and saying politely ‘excuse me sir’ magic words that guy responded.

Customer Service is abysmal. I had a mobile order and waited at the screen for 10 minutes without any recognition I was there from employees. I then pulled up and they said I didn’t tell them at the screen so it’s not ready. I understand it’s a minimum wage job but management needs to do better about expectations.

Went for dinner with grandkids & ice cream. Placed order at 5:43 after asking how much longer finally got our food at 6:20 Lol-fast food!! No time to eat there & no time to get ice cream! Manager was awful & so was the rest of the staff-lots of people working there not sure what they do!!! Everyone was rude the manager was the worst!! He had his back towards us so no one could talk to him. No one even apologized for the food taking forever. I was gonna fill out the survey on line but the receipt did not have the store location number on it -that part was cut off. I am sure it’s done that way on purpose. Worst fast food place I’ve ever been to!!

We come here often and every time u come here u sit in the drive thru for over 1 hour and then 20 minutes at the speaker for them to take ur order then wait at the window for another 20 minutes and ur food is still wrong so over 1 and half hours to get food and then gotta wait some more this is ridiculous
