Good deal as far as being able to order online. They had a mix & match deal so we ended up getting up getting two small combo meals for $16.17. Instead of paying extra for the Impossible Whoppers, I ordered two Impossible Kings (same as whooper just without lettuce and tomato) and in the app I was able to add lettuce and tomato to the King for an extra 60 cents per sandwich. Service was lousy though. I placed the order online for it to be ready at 12:25. My wife arrived at 12:30 and they had not even processed the order. Maybe a disconnect with the system. My wife asked the cashier if she could change out a bottle of water for coke (not sure what the big deal is since Coke is cheaper). Don’t think the lady understood my wife so she went back and got what seemed to be a manager. The “manager” lady came up the front and simply said “What do you want” in a very blunt and unwelcoming tone. My wife asked if it was possible to trade the bottle water for coke and the “manager” simply blurted “No” and walked away. The food was decent, but to me customer service is huge. They weren’t even that busy so there is no excuse for the poor customer service.

Went this restaurant for breakfast the other day. There is plenty of parking and is handicap accessible. You can dine in, take out, or go through the drive through. The drive thru is structured in a way that larger vehicles are accommodated. The food took a while to prepare, so the drive thru is a little slower than expected. The staff are nice and overall it was a positive experience.

4 stars for the impossible burger, which on my first try was much better than expected. The look is very convincing, the taste slightly less so. The first bite was very impressive though, I was prepared to be disgusted and instead I definitely got some char broil flavor, The burger is not quite as chewy as its meat counterpart, but overall it’s actually not bad. I will definitely give it another try.
