Worse place in the United States. How is the management still afloat This place needs new employees or needs to be shut down. Burger takes less than 2 minutes to make fries less then 3 minutes…. how do I know? I work for burger King before and it’s no way customers should be waiting over 10 minutes for pre cooked food. It’s a fast food place not cook as ordered. Yes fresh food is good but when a customer order online they expect the food to ready other wise what is the use of ordering online and still gotta wait almost a half hour if anyone is in line. Every door dash order I get the customer is mad and I don’t get tip. I decline orders from burger king but it’s messing with my ratings. Either get a new team or close the building. That guy manager at night is absolutely rude and horrible

First one didn’t have burger’s the grill was broke. Only had fried foods. 2nd one line didn’t move in drive through so finally gave up and went elsewhere.

Ordered here three times over the past few months after a handful of terrible experiences at McDonald’s. I can’t speak to Burger King as a chain since this is my family’s first time trying a BK but we found the burgers to be very delicious and much tastier than other fast food burgers nearby (with the exception of Sonic!) BK hasn’t messed up a single order for us, which is always appreciated. We aren’t fast food people but the Bacon King burger might turn me into one! Sometimes you just need a burger after your kids ball game goes super late.

By far the worst experience ever at a Burger King. Our first impression was great when we walked in. There were around 4 computer screens where you could place your orders so we knew everything we put in was correct. Once the order got to the people working there everything went down hill. We waited for a long time and then they called our order number. We approached the counter only to find out the order wasn’t ready and they wanted to let us know they were out of the mushroom Swiss burger we ordered. My son had to order something else and we had to ask the manager to give us some of the money back since what he ordered was less expensive than the original order. He wasn’t going to give it to us unless we asked.

From the outside this Burger King appeared nice. I went through the drive through and the lady has an accent and rung the first item in wrong but quickly fixed it and was nice. The only issue was that the menu was at an angle that was difficult to see and some of the signs fell down as can be seen from the picture. This is a franchise operated Burger King which is posted at the second drive through window. Our order was correct, but it would be nice to be able to see the menu without having another sign in the way of others. The food was hot and fresh.

Completely horrible service. The person taking my order kept saying “is that all?” After each item I ordered. When we received our food which included a large order with onion rings and 20 chicken nuggets, he gave us only one sauce for all of it. I asked for more sauce and he says “in bag” and closes the window. So I check the rest of the bag, only once sauce. So I motion for him to open the window and say can I get more sauce? He gives me only one and closes the window and walks away. These people are very unhappy with their job and are a horrible representation of this business. If I ran this store that individual would be terminated immediately.

Very disturbing bathroom policy! Stopped next door to get gas. Service station was under renovation. My toddler requested to use the bathroom. Employees stated that I had to buy something if I wanted the key for the restroom. I calmly stated on at least 3 occasions “she has to use the bathroom “. Employee repeated that it is the policy.
