The staff is very nice very friendly. However they are still learning. They’re very slow. Yes your food will be hot and fresh but did not might not be made the way you ask for it. Unfortunately hit or miss like most burger kings. Sometimes super fresh, others, stale old bread and burgers. As others have said, it was fantastic the first few months. Must have had the a team on. After that, they hired people that barely speak/understand the English language and are very inconsistent with the quality of the the food.
