Service was quick and efficient. I ordered the impossible burger and with onion rings. My friend had whopper Junior with cheese and fries and a Coca-Cola. I appreciate that they were still open on a federal holiday.

Worst experience. Ordered a double cheeseburger and they charged me for a whopper,gave me the whopper but it wasn’t what I wanted. Fries were cold and all the employees were more focused on chatting with each other.

So my daughter works at Burger King and she was told to take off her lashes or go home. She doesn’t work handling food in the back she is a cashier, my daughter is very outgoing and has a spirit of gold. But Joshua one of the managers only targeted my child and thats not right. This is who she is and if she can’t be who she is then I believe thats discrimination. I have went in and see employees wearing lashes, nails, weaves, and braids so I don’t understand why she can’t. Please help me to understand and rectify the situation or I am going to have an issue.

Stopped by this rest stop for breakfast and a quick break from my road trip. BK was the only option this morning back in Nov 2021. I placed my order via the kiosk since there were no cashiers to place orders with. After placing and paying for my order, the machine alerted that it was out of paper so it did not provide a receipt. I went up to the lady at the counter that was distributing orders to let her know of the situation with the machined and my missing receipt. She said if there’s an unclaimed order that it would be mine. I agreed with the logic but when she gave said order the items in that bag were not what I ordered. She insisted that it was mine because no one else claimed it and I was missing mine. I tried to explain that I knew what items I selected and those were not it. I asked for a refund if I wasn’t going to get my correct order but she kept insisting I didn’t know what I ordered. Finally after about 20 minutes of asking for the refund or my order another employee came and offered help. I believe he had just clocked in for the shift. He asked what the issue was, I explained and got the items I ordered. First time and first stop in Delaware and worst service ever.

Service was completely awful. Not trained at all. Joshua, who happened to be working the register appeared to be intoxicated. I found hairs in my chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw. On my receipt charges for things I had not ordered appeared. Moldy Lettuce. I’m currently in the ICU. My husband is a health inspector and I will be reporting this because this is just unacceptable.

Food is regular for fast food. The service was lacking. The employee from the night before apparently enjoys taunting disappointed truckers that are not able to be served when they’re closing, although the app says its 24/7. Got breakfast from there the next morning. No friendly service, and you’re getting your own coffee from the center of the food court even though you’re definitely paying out the nose for that service plaza atmosphere! : D

Worst burger and even worst service ever. This clerk who doesnt wear a name tag, (neither does) treats customers like they were begging her. And on top of that, the chicken was half raw. Not sure how they are keeping their food license up.
