I went to Burger King today after about 6 years. I hated this place, I added some photos. The windows were dirty, the seats, the tables, there was a fly in the place, the roof was dirty, it was absolutely disgusting (don’t forget the bugs in the ceiling) his place needs to be shut down. Infact, when I came here this building looked abandoned and runned down. They need a health inspector to come down here and investigate for COVID-19.

The restaurant was very clean but nothing on the walls for labor day. Usually they have something up for holidays but nothing. The servers looked bored and we’re not on the ball. The food I usually don’t expect much from Burger King and now I know why. My meal wasn’t even hot. The drink cup leaked so they just gave us a cup to put the first cup into. Won’t go there again. It sucked.

Burger King in Talleyville was good. Fast and friendly service for sure. As you can see from the picture, no eat in tray, but with the use of coupons, $9.48 for 2 Whopper Jr.s 3 french fries, and an order of chicken fries can’t be beat. You don’t need to ask for ketchup too.

Burger King like every other fast food place needs to pay their employees better so you actually have staff so you can be open. The food we ordered was ok, the burger was dry, the fries were good, the nuggets were good, and the Sunday pie was probably the best but that’s probably because they don’t make it there. They don’t have the hours posted on the front door and the hours that are posted on the driver through are confusing. Hire more staff, pay them so you have more than one employee, and make your posted hours less confusing.

I know the Westtown location has had some issues. But the other night the CC machine was glitching and Charles was so beyond helpful and nice and made things right! Working drive through and cooking. He had a smile on his face and cared about his customers. Well done Charles. I’ll be back !

In a line of 4 cars. Everyone received their order in 2 minutes or less! Might not sound like a big deal… “It’s fast food!” But we’ve been to the BK in Phoenixville where it takes at least 10 minutes per car. Kid you not. It’s not a pretty location and they were only doing cash but whatever. Guy at the window was super nice and let us order an extra fry at the window too (no one was behind us).

I placed a mobile order on Saturday afternoon around 5:30. Upon arriving the drive thru was empty. I told them I had a mobile order and then sat at the window for more than 15 minutes. That is ridiculous in itself but then the food was cold and terrible. On top of that no one said one word over the entire 15 minutes. No thank you or go to hell. Nothing. I’ll never return.

Horrible horrible horrible. First I waited 11 minutes in the drive thru line…. Trying to get something “quick” before my night shift work. Rude customer service. Then this is what I get … didn’t even have time to complain or else I would have been late for work. Thanks for the burnt?? (Or whatever the heck these are) mozz sticks.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Burger King deserves one. Came in and the woman at the register was taking someone else’s order in front of me. She took about (not exaggerating) 5 minutes to take this dude’s very simple order. He was patient and clarified when she asked questions about the order, and I still saw him go up to the counter because they messed up part of his order. I had a super simple order, and I was patient and clear with the woman at the register, repeating myself and clarifying when needed. She managed to put in my order incorrectly even after confirming with her multiple times. I would be more understanding if she was at least nice. It was very clear she didn’t care at all about doing the most basic parts of her job, and she kept just leaving the register mid-order to talk and joke with other employees. I watched multiple people wait for long amounts of time to order as I was eating. Keep in mind, they were pretty much dead. Very few customers. I don’t know how this place is still open. It’s very clear that they don’t care even the bare minimum about anything happening in the restaurant. I hope they start paying employees more so some competent people start working there.

I have ordered impossible whopper meal and after quite some time I have been informed that impossible whopper is not available instead they offered a chicken sandwich. But they didn’t give my additional money back which I paid for my original order! All the employees were look so weird as they were making noises while they were doing their job!!! I understand from their google ratings what customers think about them. I don’t know why the franchise owner don’t pay attention to improve the quality of the service! Strange
