I place a mobile order and waited 5 minutes at the drive through for them to tell me I was good to go to the next window. When I got to the window the workers looked at me and didn’t say anything. I sat there for 10 mins waiting for my food without so much as a Hi. I am a manager in customer service so this was appalling. I recognize that they seemed extremely short staff. My issue is the behavior. If they acknowledged me by saying hi, we are super short staff and I really appreciate your patience. We will be a couple minutes. I wouldn’t have cared at all because I GET IT. This location needs better service.

Update: Yesterday, this store REFUSED to honor Whopper Wednesday, the $3.50 special for the Sandwich even though it was advertised and noted on this location’s Website. They would only honor the full meal price. False advertising. I have been To BURGER KINGS ACROSS THE DELAWARE VALLEY WITH MY FRIENDS AND THIS is NUMBER ONE BY FAR! The whoppers are fresher, beefy and Superdelicious. One lady who has worked there for a while is so dedicated she is awesome. Thank You.

It’s a nice quiet place to go for breakfast on Bristol Pike. The place is clean. They have a large variety of breakfast items to choose from. It’s one of the nicest breakfast you can get from a fast food restaurant. The staff us friendly, the other guest were nice. They have a good sized parking lot. You can sit and relax and eat your breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place.

I placed an order at the drive thru with coupon. While at the window i asked if they could add a soft serve cone. This small change in my order resulted in the manager helping out 2x due to being over charged. Issue was fixed & i was able to leave after being @ window more then 5min. After getting home with the food i sat down to eat only to find my chicken sandwich was over cooked in dirty oil & inedible. I complained on the survey but couldn’t return until around 7p. I tried talking with the cashier that stood looking @ me like i had 3 heads & didn’t say anything to me. I opened the sandwich up to show her & she walked away & up to two other employees saying “she bought the sandwich at noon but couldn’t get back until NOW” she then proceeded to repeat the same thing to another co-worker, then finally to the manager. Then while I’m speaking with the manager proceeded to repeat yet again to more co-workers with sarcasm in her voice. The manager had a new crispy chicken sandwich made. I also had to get something for my son to eat & then I left feeling degraded. As i got into my friends car my son asked me what i did wrong bc he watched the cashier give me a look & walk away to talk to other workers. I got home & TRIED to FINALLY eat my only meal for the day but not only was the grease trap obviously still not cleaned out they also made a spicy chicken that i can’t eat. Neither was crispy, both were soggy. I can’t ever go back there bc i don’t trust the workers to make my food without some kind of issue.
