I bought two chicken “wraps” which seem to just be their chicken breast cut in half thrown on a tortilla with old tomatoes and lettuce it’s more square than rectangular and I ordered 1 spicy and 1 classic got 2 classics instead

as a mother who tries to keep my kids’ diet healthy I avoid fast food at all costs also due to personal experiences managing Wendys for years and years But today stopping during a long road trip of 8 hours we decided to stop into to this very Burger King. Boy were they swamped. Never had I seen a drive through so packed with cars back home, where my BK experiences had been nothing short of unpleasant and made me never want to return. But as soon as I came inside to order I realized they had one worker running the entire place! I couldn’t see the backroom to see how many people were working but I despite the circumstances, I was really happy with the experience. I was informed by a friendly cashier (whose name I didn’t get unfortunately and no name tag) that there was a special going on for kids meals for only two dollars. I was able to feed all my kids for under 20 dollars and she also informed me of a special where I could get two chicken sandwiches for the price of one. Don’t mind if I do. We got our food inside the store but we ate in the car. Despite the lobby being filled with other customers, our food was very fresh. The drinks we had to get ourselves due to being indoor customers I guess. I was impressed to see only one or two workers keeping the flow going well taking orders in a drive thru window and indoor customers. and also a seemingly pretty clean spacious bathroom. I commend whoever the manager is on this (looked like everyone had the same uniform so I could not tell. didn’t catch name tags either) this location got it down to a tee! I was impressed! Definitely would return next time I found myself in town. For a fast food joint who seems to be working with very little employees (as most of the country is…) I had to say I was very happy with the service. Only reason for the lack of five stars is the indoor area could have been a little more spacious or kid friendly – it was chaotic and packed inside. A play area like BKs down south have would have made it all the more better. Overall satisfied with the experience here and impressed to see fast food places improving.

This is consistently the best Burger King. i come here a lot … I will say this There’s usually a wait,they are always apolgize for the wait due to short staffing. It’s understandable to me. I am just satisfied with the food being fresh, kind service, and the fact the prices are affordable. Definitely recommend this location over others.

I went through the drive through and ordered a double whopper, when I got home and opened it I had a single whopper loaded with catchup and mayonnaise to where it was dripping out of the burger. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Piss poor management leads to piss poor performance.

Food sucked and cold plus got a new chicken wrap had like a small piece of chicken smaller then 2 nuggets and then tried to charge me for sauce after I ordered nuggets

Hey what can You say The whopper speaks for itself and the meat actually fits the bread and hasn’t shrunk like other places..service is slower then some but worth it it as Your food is hot and Your order is correct.

Ordered 2 PLAIN double cheeseburgers. Total was 5.91. Handed the girl 6 bucks and she handed me my bag and closed the drive thru window without giving me my change. No biggie it was only 9 cents. I get home and they are regular cheeseburgers not doubles and are smothered in ketchup and pickles. I ordered plain!!! Seriously bad service all around.

Honestly I wonder where’s their manager was, I went and order 4 whopper meals and two kids combo. I live 4 minutes away fries are hot but three sandwiches are cold and missing one. I went back and they still joking around laughing thru the intercom. Thus place needs better management. My wife told me before don’t order from there and now I see why.
