Had a really pleasant experience at this Burger King today! I dined inside and I got chicken fries, french fries, mozzarella sticks, and a drink. The food was very warm and fresh. The staff was very friendly and attentive and seemed like they really enjoyed their job. The manager Preston was very helpful and patient with me as I was having trouble using my app, he took time to explain how it works and made sure I understood what I was doing. The store (including the restrooms) were pretty much spotless, which is rare to see in a fast food restaurant in my experience. I would definitely come back to this location next time I’m in the area. 10/10!

The french fries have no salt on them and taste like mop water. The chicken fries are hard like rocks. The whopper is room temperature with a cold bun. I had to park in front and wait for my food to be brought out. There were 3 cars ahead of me. A fellow customer next to me complained they were waiting for new fries because there’s tasted disgusting. As it is I had to go in for sauce for my chicken fries. They didn’t even give me any ketchup for my fries. I had to use my own at home. I should have just flushed $17 down the toilet instead of giving it to them for food.

I specifically asked which sandwiches on the 2 for $6 menu have lettuce in them. I was told big king and big fish. I ordered one of each because I wanted something with lettuce in it. So, what don’t they give me? LETTUCE. So frustrating. The worst part about it is that they weren’t even busy. It would be more understandable if they were really busy and an ingredient slipped their mind. I was literally the only person in there.

So I walked in and I see Andrew Burger King’s manager here at this location and Wilkes-Barre very impressed with his overall appearance he looked his job. Malaysia was working the window same time filling orders and his recipes team was in the back handling sandwiches vegetables and the like his team was working very efficiently I was very impressed if you’re going to stop in this location make sure you stop in the dining room and really experience his team as it works together as a whole unit that’s one functioning Gear.

I went here yesterday and i ordered 2 things (one for there, one for later), the bacon swiss chicken sandwich (number 9) and the spicy chicken sandwich (number 8). Apparently, me ordering the spicy chicken sandwich, somehow confused the employee and meant that i got an item that WASN’T ON THE MENU. That item, which wasn’t on the menu, i dub thee “The Spicy Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich”. Yup I accidentally got an item that NEVER existed. Because as far as i know, you can only get the standard bacon swiss sandwich. There’s not a spicy one available. And yet, i somehow said item that doesn’t exist. Going onto the taste on the non available item, the spice on what i call the “Spicy Bacon Swiss” was somehow more potent and strong than on the regular spicy one. Clean! There is no leftover trash on the tables. The employees were fast to help you. Some places you have to wait on them to finish talking to their coworkers. Not here. She stopped her conversation and was ready to take my order Pronto. The food (whopper meal) was just as it should be.
