Absolutely gross!! I will never order from here again!!! Ordered a whopper and a bacon king but they must have run out of hamburger buns so they used the long buns they use for their chicken sandwiches. That’s not a big deal but the cheese was ice cold the burgers were dry and is not at all good tasting. The fries were actually decent which was a nice surprise cause they are usually garbage. The onion rings also weren’t done long enough. This location was great when they opened but I really hope they go out of business. There were also no napkins or straws added with our meal.

every single time we pull up to the drive through they make us wait around 10 minutes and then say “what may i get for u” like what? no apology for the wait? why does every car have to wait 10 minutes to give their order jesus christ. another time i tried to order breakfast at 10:27 and they said they stopped making breakfast like um no breakfast stops at 10:30. this is the worst burger king around.

I have never been to this BK, and was extremely disappointed and puzzled. It took about 30 min to get my order completed. It was two chicken sandwich meals. There were about 6 or 7 more customers and mostly 2 workers working, despite 2 managers with their backs towards the customers and talking and not assisting. I have heard many complaints of this location and experienced it myself. Corporate needs to send a secret shopper to start checking the business operations. It has great potential but needs alot of work.

UPDATE: I’ve been here many times since it opened in Nov 2021 and it is a good Burger King location. I often order via the app, which actually works, and they usually make all of our food correctly. The sodas taste good and fizzy and the food is fresh. Everything was nice and clean, as would be expected for a brand new restaurant, and still looks good jow. Angela, the evening manager is pretty awesome and remembers us when we come in. They can sometimes be short staffed, like every other restaurant around here, but they get it done.

Not the best fast food. Ordered the crispy chicken meal. The fries didn’t seem fresh as they were cold. The sandwich meat it’s self was okay. But the roll was stale, and the tomatoe wasn’t ripe. Just mediocre at best

I mean…it’s fast food. I guess that’s about as good as it gets. I’ve been here on several occasions, and the service continues to be slow. The last time I went, my burger was burnt. However, the fries were well salted and fresh!

Pulled in at the drive thru at 1:22pm. Was first in line. Sat there for 6 minutes before they even took my order. Got my food at 1:47. Figured they were just shorthanded and the food would be really fresh. Nope. Dry. And barely even warm after a 6 minute drive home. Sucked.

Went last night for dinner, picked it up in the drive thru, got all the way home, completely wrong drink and sandwich, accepted the Offer for $10 through the app, things happen, go for lunch to following day to get the same order and the sandwich was wrong AGAIN. Absolutely incredible, the app seems to be useless.

Currently waiting at in drive through at the speaker. I’ve been waiting 15 mins and just to place my order. Man said once half way through they are short staff and they apologized.

The Wendy’s that used to be here was terrible, but this Burger King is so bad it makes me wish the Wendy’s was back. The drive through service is slow, orders are wrong 75% of the time, your food will be cold unless you eat it the moment they hand you the bag. On the plus side, the burger patties can be used for hockey and the chicken fries can be used for self defense.
