Zero stars. Went to the drive thru today. Sign says broiler is down. Ordered something different. Waited at the window for 10 minutes they didn’t even give us a drink or have us pay.

Drive-thru crew isn’t very friendly, nor patient. And it’s happened on more than one occasion this year. A smile and maybe a “thank you” that didn’t sound like someone was forcing you to be at work, would be great. I’m always polite and respectful to employees, I’ve worked fast food in my youth, I get it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Window lady way too rude for that sort of job. Got impatient while we were ordering. So impatient that my order is way wrong and I had a lot of peoples to feed. And some allergic to things we asked not to be on our burger. There were supposed to be 2 things of large onion rings, I got 1 medium and a large fry. I was supposed to have 2 double whoppers 1 with everything, 1 with bacon and nothing else. I got 1 double, 1 single and they both had everything on it. I asked for 2 16 pieces as well. Got an 8 and an 16. If you’re gonna mess around while you’re at work at least make sure people are getting what they pay for. $45 this order should have been $35 and even that is high. Do better BK!

They seem to be watering down the ketchup dispenser and coke machine in the dine-in restaurant. Those are weird things to skimp on. Otherwise, food met expectations. We didn’t have the customer service problems others have.

The last couple times I been thru the drive thru. They messed up my order! We ordered onions rings today and they were so mussy and tasted bad! We couldn’t even eat them. My chicken sandwich had wilted lettuce on it. I will never return to this place and spend money for junk food. We spend $30-$40 every time we got food there! This place is going to the dumps!
