Staff was friendly, but the product a complete negative. Very disappointed with proportion of the so called Swiss bacon crispy chicken. As you can see in the photos. I took the breading off to see the size of the chicken itself. The bacon was basically raw with no crisp. Call to inform them of my disappointment and was told they would make me a new one, but just chose to take the $7.00 loss and threw it right in the trash.

Nice Burger King location. The restaurant looked new, or at least renovated. The interior was modern with nice seating areas. The exterior also looked new. The workers were nice and friendly. The place was not crowded, so we got our food fast. Everything taste good and seemed fresh. I needed additional ketchup so I asked at the counter, the server was friendly.

This place every single time has a issue, usually we are missing something… This time , I’m afraid to eat my food after dealing with the service here tonight. It’s 11pm we pulled up and the lady before saying anything else said,”We don’t have any beef patties”. Then after a few seconds she says nevermind. We went to order more stuff and the lady was extremely rude and kept saying “We don’t have this ,or that because we stop making it at night”

Waited in drive through for 30 minutes just to place an order. Person kept coming on intercom stating will be right with you. Need customer service training. I had to drive away and others were leaving the drive through as well without placing an order

i like burger king food but yikes. everytime the pickles are stacked on top of each other in one spot and whenever i order on doordash there are multiple items missing with no warning. its gotten to the point where i have to text the dasher before they get to the bk to let them know to get the right drinks. the drivethrough takes forever and you will always need to check your food before you leave. i dont really leave reviews but the amount of issues are causing them to genuinely lose business. this isnt just one karen saying they lost a customer. it seems that all the staff needs to be replaced INCLUDING that manager.

Never again. Every single car in the drive through paid and was made to pull forward to wait for their food while 2 employees smoked cigarettes out back and multiple employees could be seen through the front glass standing around. Employees came out with multiple bags of food not knowing which belonged to which car. Food was cold, no napkins, no sauces and they were out of medium sized containers. Seems to be a consistent issues the few times we’ve gone to this location.

Ridiculous is the word I’d use. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes after being told they’d be “right with me” 5 vehicles pulled in behind me in line and all of them pulled off without ordering. Finally someone comes on the mic and I said I’d been waiting for 10 minutes, to which the girl instructs me that it wasn’t 10 minutes and I needed to be more respectful. When asked what I wanted I simply said “nothing” and drove off. Makes me wonder why so many of their experienced people have quit. I’ll make sure I tell everyone to steer clear of this place

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I went to the drive thru and after I received my order noticed a whopper was missing. I kindly showed the manager my order and showed them my sandwich was missing. She had a very mean attitude. I returned home to find out there were several bites taken out of my sandwich!!!!!! So I returned again and the manager said she was hungry!!!! She ate some of my sandwich!!!!! HOW SICK!!!!! She started yelling at me and said she would never serve me again or she would spit in all of my food!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO A BURGER KING EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Sat in the drive thru waiting, for my order to be taken, so long that the people behind me asked if they’d taken my order yet. Then as has been the case every time I’ve gone here for the last month, the shake machine is broken. It’s warm out, people are going to want that sort of thing, yet it’s never available.
