OMG I don’t know where to start… this was the absolute worst BK experience ever. The restaurant is run by a group of young teenagers who care less about serving any food. We were the only customers in the restaurant and waited 15 min for them to make 6 sandwiches then to discover they didn’t make any fries. There was another teenager in a manager role (polo shirt) who literally said to the employees “I give up on you all” and she walked away never to be seen again. One customer waited so long in the drive through that he fell asleep behind the wheel. STAY AWAY! There is a KFC and Taco Bell nearby that’s has to be better. Oh and one employee was so high from smoking weed that he couldn’t function behind the counter. He openly admitted to smoking because it’s his birthday.

I went through the drive thru on my lunch break and when I received my food I asked for some ranch for my fries. They wanted me to pay more for the ranch sauce like I don’t think so. Since when do they start charging people for sauces? That is ridiculous. I said Nevermind and left. Not to mention the poor girl was giving the sauces to me and her manager yelled at her saying she needs to pay for it. The food I received was also gross. Never going back there again. I use to work at a Burger King when I was a teenager and it was never that terrible.

Says they open at 5:30am, but at 8:30, someone had to unlock the doors to let us in. The manager on duty thought it was more important she fill out paperwork before taking a waiting customer’s order. We were assured the hashbrowns were fresh. They may have been made fresh, but the oil they were fried in was horribly stale! I’ve worked in the food service industry for many years, and a few of those as a manager of a BK in Hbg. If my district manager ever caught me using stale fryer oil, I’d have been canned on the spot. Nothing ruins fried food faster than the bitter taste of stale oil. This is not the first time I’ve gotten fried food here that the oil was stale, but it will be the last!

Had nothing but issues with delivery I placed the order directly through the Burger King app and tried to call SEVERAL TIMES to explain what happened and get the situation rectified and the “manager” Chris was a complete waste hung up on me mid conversation and threatened me when I called back, refused to answer the phone after he made threat.
