Ordered a regular burger. Got to the car and it was cold. Went back inside asked for one that was hot, they took the burger put it in the microwave and gave me a new wrapper. Got to the car again and opened and there was nothing in the burger. No condiments not what I ordered. Classic chicken sandwich had yellow lettuce on it which was the core part of the lettuce. Was not happy at all with my order. What is the point of going back for them to correct so they can look at you like you did something wrong. When you spend over 22.00 for fast food they could at least get it right. It’s not like they were busy

Shirley is hands down one of the main reasons we stop at Burger King in the evenings! My kids always say how kind she is! She is a gem! She always thanks us for coming, is so friendly, always smiling. I have never had this service from an employee at a fast food restaurant! She makes sure we get the correct food and it is fresh too! I work near here, so this BK is a regular convenient stop for lunch. I like it because they’re super fast and food is generally good. That being said, don’t bother getting a double burger anything, they will forget the extra patty you paid for on literally half the visits, not exaggerating.
