8/31/23: I have been continuously let down by The King and his empire of soulless burgers that has become zombie Impossible burgers dreaming of the good times that once was HOWEVER, that is not the case with this particular location. The people running this location and their crew of misfit toys have been a beacon of hope in this world of slowly decaying fast food industry. If The King intends on saving his crumbling Kingdom then I suggest that he Knights these noble towns folks and allow them to elevate him to the greatness that once was.

This has to be the worst Burger King around. Besides their prices being higher than others nearby, you can not order thru the app, and they won’t honor app prices at the counter.

My mother and I including our lovely small emotional support dog Oreo who was on her leash and carried in by my mother was approached by Scott the manager, Scott stated that burger king had a no animals allowed inside policy, a policy that was posted absolutely NOWHERE and from my knowledge Burger King is now a Pet Friendly location. Now we’re from out of town, we’re not from PA so yes we’re unfamiliar with the laws so I asked Mr.Scott to show us BK policy he said “it’s actually a PA state law” and that he Will call the cops if we didn’t leave. Not only was he rude he indeed called the cops. This had to have been the most embarrassing experience ever. We legit walked in all smiles needing to use the bathroom, wanting to order some food and leave but Scott made it his business to make it an unpleasant visit. He had this attitude that he needed to be correct while all the other employees just watched and shook their heads, he had no intentions on deescalating the situation nor gave us any other solution but to leave as if we were criminals. Moral of the story is the customer service here SUCKS !! definitely wouldn’t recommend this location if Mr.Scott is still there enforcing inaccurate information.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru (1 car in front of me) before I left. When I drove around, there were kids inside at the windows just playing on their phones. Will not even bother with this place anymore. Half hour of my life wasted. Went next door to Taco Bell and it was great!

there was 6 workers in this evening and about half of the drinks in the soda machine where unavailable. they’re supplies and condiments were low and when I asked if someone could refil the ketchup they all stood there. the container was still empty when I left. Not only that, but they had messed up my burger order (which I never complained about I just ate it anyways) another gentleman had order a burger and they messed the same thing up and forgot his fries!

It’s a nice day, there’s No line at the burger king so I pull in and order a whopper and a rodeo cheeseburger. By the time someone comes to take my order there are eight cars behind me. I pull ahead And they tell me it’s not ready yet.. And then I wait fifteen minutes. For a whopper. And a rodeo cheeseburger. 20 minutes to get a burger at a burger joint. With nobody in line… oh yeah they forgot to ketchup the whopper. Operations Trainwreck in Enola

Had a great meal here today, the food was fresh and hot! Clean lobby, great music and relaxing to enjoy a nice meal. Never knew this Burger King was here but I’m definitely coming back.

Honestly the slowest service I have ever seen. Not a single car in the parking lot and 3 cars waiting in drive through for over 15 mins. By the time we paid, the food was cold. You could hear the employees laughing and carrying on in the background. Avoid if you need something in a reasonable time.

The food was good. We could not find a clean table yet employees were just talking and walking around. The Coke in machine was empty. Told employees, but they did not replace the empty container. Employees were very friendly.

Food is what you would expect. No issues with the quality of food. Staff is not the greatest with rather slow service. Took 19 minutes for a whopper meal and a chicken wrap.
