I’m usually sympathetic to workers because I have worked Wendy’s during my college days; however I am disappointed with the service overall. The gave me old and cold fries and old beef patties that were burnt for at least an hour or so with limited condiments. They didn’t provide me with a receipt and they shut down their phone lines so that people couldn’t give feedback. Usually I don’t mind waiting in lines for food but at least make it decent quality food.

Majority of the staff is very friendly. The place is always clean and most of the food is fresh. The only problem is almost every time I order, my sandwich is made wrong.
