Went through the drive thru around 7:30 on a Friday night. Quick, easy, friendly service. Ordered a orange soda not knowing what all they had for drinks and they were so nice and offered to mix sprite with HI C since that’s all they had! I wasn’t going to make them do all that extra work just for a drink but it was so nice of them to go above and beyond

Have to say originally was very highly upset when my husband went thru the drive thru to get us lunch. There was no sauce in the bag for his mozzarella sticks or zesty sauce for my onion rings. He got an original chicken with only ketchup and bacon. I got one with extra Mayo. Got back to my shop up the road and realized everything was wrong other than our drinks. Went back thru drive thru and the woman (guessing manager) that came to the window was very polite and fixed everything and had it all remade fresh! Thankfully I only work a couple buildings down from them but she took a bad experience and made it right. Only issue I do have it the one cun+ with black hair with the red highlights that thought the whole thing was funny and rolling her eyes and acting like screwing up someone’s food isn’t a big deal. Other than that was happy after being fixed!

Employees think the customers work for them. The nasty girl at the drive thru refused to honor the price offered on the app when the app failed to work properly. She said the app is not her problem. Then I was forced to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru because once you’re in line you can’t get out. This place is trash.

11:45 pm I tried to go to the drive thru because it’s one of the few things open, but there are unnecessary over hangs measuring 8 feet. I drive a van that wouldn’t fit under, so I got out of my truck and tried placing an order. After waiting for several minutes with no response over the intercom, and a couple cars starting to wait behind me, I walked to the window. When I got halfway to the window, I heard the intercom, the worker had taken the lady’s order behind me. When I got to the window, the worker told me I couldn’t place an order, because I didn’t have a car. But she had me standing there like an dum-dum, they really could have said something over the intercom. I showed them my van parked right next to the drive thru entrance, and they told me I had to drive thru in order to place an order, and that it was a company violation to serve me not in a car, and that there was a safety violation, although I was clearly visible enough for the old woman behind me to stop and wait. What was I supposed to do, block the drive thru with my van so nobody else can order after me? The supervisor’s name was Mike. I spent $20 on taco Bell instead.

Worst customer experience I ever experienced at a drive through. First they took 10 mins to respond on the drive-through intercom. They they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich and did not give me the mozzarella sticks I paid for. Children where left crying due to this!!!
