Extremely dirty! Food all over the floor behind the counter. They blatantly gave me old food even though I requested, cook now from your frozen patty. Then told me to be careful because my food was extremely hot. It was hot because of how long they microwaved it. It was old because I saw them not make it fresh. But they said it was. I opened my sandwich, showed them how it was absolutely not made fresh (hard as a rock, totally burnt edges). I again requested it to be made fresh. They tossed the sandwich, a worker commented that that was a waste. Then another worker came to the counter, and did nothing but stand in front of me, mean mugging me. Then someone who should be manager, if she isn’t, said she’d make it. And guess what! It looked totally different from the sandwich that they claimed was made fresh to begin with. I should have taken pictures of the difference between the two sandwiches, and the way the restaurant looked. I will not be making a purchase from them again.

This particular store has the absolute rudist employees of anyplace that I patronize. If your family or friends they’re all chummy and socializing while other customers a waiting. If you’re not family or friends they stand at the register and ignore you. Then pretend they are busy so you end up walking out in disgust without even getting to order. This is a good way to lose customers.
