I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and cheese on the burger, a regular burger for myself, and 1 order of mozzarella sticks.

Person taking order kept saying “huh? What was that?” When asking a question she would say hold on, then ask what did you say? Order was wrong asked what was offered sugar free besides diet soda she had no response get to window order was wrong, missing sandwiches, no fries, however, if she didn’t have her AirPods in her ear she might have been able to pay attention perform her job better. There was no cars behind us either so they weren’t busy or backed up.

I prefer Burger King over MacDonald because of Vegetarian options. They also gives more ice cream in there Milk shake, than MacDonald. It seems that employment is low at both MacDonald and Burger King But MacDonald is worse.

This burger king needs new management they don’t care about there customers they close the lobby early like around 5pm they have a disregard for customer service and they need serious repremand..Also even in the morning the lobby is closed what’s the point having a lobby if all your gonna do is serve drive thru,not everyone has a car

I was the only car there waited 25 mins after ordering from online Than got a messed up sandwich and half of onion ring with burnt food and fries . She took it back was about to give a refund took my food for 5 mins came back was having personal phone conversation cursing out loud and than said I have to take it and talk to the people online. The last 4 times I Been here been my worst experience ever. My last order all wrong items. Waste of time and money. I’m assuming it was the manager with the black shirt but this place needs retraining. I need a refund. Why would this be okay. Just Ghetto

I have been waiting for 45 minutes for 2 chicken sandwich’s and 2 fries. 5 people at the front explaining to each what is going on and 2 lone person doing the cook. Can even stay to eat because it will soon be an hour.

I am a 17 year old and I was traveling with my sister a 14 year old to go pickup some lunch. We had walked a long way, and it was winter at the time! We even double checked the website to see if the dine in was open. When we arrived, the front doors and side doors were locked, but the drive thru was open instead. So we were trying to ask them if they knew the doors at the front were open, but the lady at the drive thru window aggressively yelled at us instead that we couldn’t be there before even listening to our question. So we walked back at the front door, where we encountered a really kind woman (thank god for her being there that day, it was a blessing) but she kindly offered to take our coupons and order for us since she had a car. She told us to wait at the exit, and so we did. Waiting at the autozone parking lot. We hear “STOP HARASSING OUR CUSTOMERS!!” from a lady behind the counter at the drive thru, but we weren’t. We were just standing at the auto zone parking lot doing nothing, except playing in the snow while we waited. Needless to say, I am very displeased with how this Burger King treated us. And I hope the kind woman who was able to help us receives good karma throughout the rest of her life. It’s good to know that there are at least some good people left in this world.
