Not a great experience at all. First off I ordered a Double Cheeseburger kids meal for myself, cashier was extremely judgemental. I cannot eat alot of food. We were at the mall. I ordered BK food for myself and got chicken fries for my 3 year old. I had to go back because they forgot my drink. Then had to go back because i ordered regular chicken fries and they gave me spicy. Which the lady working said they were not spicy. Why would you put not spicy in a spicy box. My son choked cos of the spiciness. Kid working their looked stoned and i said that and got into an argument with the same lady who told me the fries weren’t spicy. Poor service and poor customer service. Will not eat their again!!!!!

My 2 sons and I were the first customers at BK at 11am when it opened. I’ll cut to the chase… a lovely group of friendly, disorganized, incompetent, and confused young employees. About the time I received my small order there was about 20 other orders taken. When it came, it was wrong as many others, and I waited an additional 20 minutes on top of the 25. The line for customers waiting for there orders was ridiculous . I blame it on poor management.

Always rude, schedule is often wrong. I ordered food there multiple times through the OFFICIAL app and never knew my food was ready, just standing their waiting till someone would speak to me (sometimes 15 minutes). I understand fast food is not a fun job most of the time, but at least be professional and not take it out on customers, especially the ones who don’t give you any trouble. I felt as if I would be attacked during one encounter where they closed after I put an order in, and paid, and they did not even make my order…
