I live 25 minutes away from this restaurant, I wanted make the stop sort of quick. There wasn’t many people in the drive thru, and but 2 people inside ordering. There wasn’t many orders on the screen for the cook or the expediter. But, the managers and employees need better training on how to handle what they might think is a rush of people. I could tell the expediter was getting overwhelmed. The manager didn’t come to see why the orders were taking so long. I have worked fast food for many years, and if I was feeling overwhelmed, I would call a manager or try to let the customers know their food will be up in a minute, even if it wasn’t. Not keep them waiting for 15 minutes, and the cook isn’t putting out the whole food orders, making half orders at a time, and messing up the food, which in turn messes up the expediter. When I finally gotten my food, the half that sat there for 15 minutes was cold, not an issue, I have a microwave. But after I gotten the rest, I had to hurry, so I just made sure what I ordered was in the bag. Even tho the items I ordered were new, to ask not to put something on it when there is 4 ingredients, shouldn’t be difficult. I have to say, I had ordered SAME items at a different BK, and it was a SLOPPY MESS, all the items here were very neat! That is an important part of my order as well! BUT, all in all, I called when I got all the way home, I wasn’t able to turn back and have it corrected, the manager did offer to replace my order when I’m in town again.

It’s really hard to get good fast food these days. The prices go up and the quality goes down. Purchased a 1/4 pound King Burger with cheese . A chicken sandwich. Pricey for the quality of the food. Love the flame cooked burgers that is why we select this food company. Yes the burgers are still charbroiled however the taste that once was present was gone, has the grade of beef used changed? Have they chosen a different cut of beef? Anyway, the service was as fast and the crew happy in their work and pleasant to the customer.

so as of being a recent employee here at this burger king i have a few things to share with anyone who decides to work here , their management is very unprofessional & unorganized . They are rarely ever on the same page about things & don’t take care of problems that are brought to them , they push them aside & only take care of them when the people who are higher up are contacted . They will easily mess with your hours & money if they want to , as i went to put in my 2 weeks they took me off the schedule & only gave me one day of work even after i told them i could come in the day i took off . The mangers are very disrespectful when it comes to personal issues & days off , they belittle you when you haven’t met THEIR standards of drive thru time . Although my 1 year & some change working here i would never ever apply again . Also almost everything is broken & definitely worn down & barely works .

Amanda, the manager, and all the staff were phenomenal!!! In NJ, where I live, quality workers are non-existent. I was so grateful to have found a fast-food restaurant that cares about quality, service, and the needs of their customers. TY

First off, the didn’t give me my receipt and now I know why. On 7/5 @ 10:30pm, I ordered 2 orders of chicken nuggets and a value fry. I got home and I got an order of the oldest, dustiest chicken nuggets and a very old order of chicken fries. I am very disappointed with this location.

Went through the drive through to order . First employee that came to the window didn’t say anything at all just started handing me drinks. After a while of waiting at the window she gave me the wrong order not just once but twice. Another employee came up to help and realized that I didn’t have a drive through order that I was paying at the window and corrected the problem but after going home we realized we were missing items.

Always check your order. Missing items again today after going through the drive thru. How hard is it to look at a paper and make sure it matches what is in a bag? And what’s with the menu board that changes what is on it in the drive thru? Had to say “wait until it changes back so I can see what is on the other screen” twice. And last but not least, the prices. Not so long ago 1.49 for 10 nuggets now they are 8 for 2.49. I know, I know it’s everywhere but it’s hard to swallow, literally and figuratively.

I hate to say this but I get it if this place is open at 6:00 a.m. you show up at 5:55 and they still won’t serve you that is kind of messed up but. Guess y’all lost a customer. I have stopped before and gotten food which makes no sense so if you’re going to serve somebody don’t tell him you can’t get food till 6:00 a.m. considering I’ve been served multiple times at 5:50 or 5:55 a.m. done with this place

Arrived ten minutes before close to pick up an order that was already placed on their app, they refused to make it then got fairly hostile. Whoever was incharge of the night shift on 4/14 should be fired immediately

It is awesome to see customer service is still alive. The Older lady was Friendly, and showed us a better way to order our meals, that saved us a little bit. But it is also great to see a staff3 that cared about the job they where doing. The service was quick, and the food was good.
