They claim they are open during overnight hours. Ordered online and went to pick it up. Everything was closed even though it’s “24 hours.” Phone number is a dud. Shut your online orders down if you can’t staff properly. The kitchen board was in the red, so I’m guessing I’m not the only victim tonight.

High Standards for food
Make sure to order your ice cream before 11pm, because they clean out the machines. You never know if they’re gonna clean it at 11:20, 11:45(which HAS happened) or 11:05pm. They will offer you a different item in place of the ice cream or you can come back the next day for it at least. This Burger King must have employees that can’t read or that like to add extra stuff for no reason. I always order my Impossible burger with NO Mayo and NO ketchup, yet they put it on there anyway. I’m literally requesting that they do less work by NOT adding those condiments, why do they add it anyway!?!? SO annoying. Please READ THE CUSTOMERS TICKET ORDER. You’ll also never get mustard on anything if you request it through the app. Please BK pay your employees more than a measly $15.50 per hour. They don’t get paid enough to care about customers, so no wonder why they mess up our orders and have attitudes!!

I ordered a few Bacon Kings and some chicken sandwiches. I saw them make it and it was very good. Took around 4-5 minutes and the employees are nice. I ordered around 10 times and they only messed up once because there was over 30 people. They fixed the error and gave me my stuff!

Terrible employees. Made an order through app and went to pick up my order but store was closed earlier than usual. I saw one of employee cleaning the floor so i waved my hands to ask him whats going to happen to the order i made but the guy saw me and show sign that store is closed then refuse to talk he was like 10 feets away from me and dont even bother looking at me. I couldnt even explain the situation that i was in. I waited about 20min more to get somebodys attention in there cuz there were few employees inside but they were ignoring me intentionally. After 30min another employee show sign that they are closed but i just needed to explain the situation but they werent even bother to listen at all. Come on if someone stood in front of the door over 30min then u should at least come and ask whats the issue. I was so disgust by their behaviors.
