They took down my order wrong and when we went in to try and explain that the order was wrong the manager started to whine like a child and wouldn’t let anyone speak on the matter. So instead of having a conversation to correct things it stayed wrong and I never got my meal. Least to say never going back here again.

Hey it’s just Burger King but sometimes you need a burger fix right. I use the coupons they send in the mail, but they can’t be used for the Impossible Burger which is my favorite. The worst part is that junk food is not cheap anymore. I paid $20 for 2 “value” meals. Still, it’s ok for the occasional treat.

It’s a Burger King. Not any different than any other Burger King. I used the Drive Thru and the service was quick, pleasant and accurate. There’s plenty of parking so you can it in the parking lot with the family during the Pandemic. There’s plenty of special priced items so no worries about using coupons in order to keep your face to face contact at a minimum. All staff used gloves and masks.

I used to love coming to this Burger King but the days of fast, friendly, ACCURATE service are long gone. My drive thru orders are consistently incorrect and 9 times out of 10 my husband and I are missing stuff that we ordered and paid for. And then to try and get the missing items is a whole other issue. The management staff here needs to reevaluate their Customer Service Policy and should keep a closer eye on the employees. Quality Control would go a long way at this location.
