FIRE THIS WORKER! Just picked up my order from this spot and first off I want to say that the food is amazing quality and I blame none of this on the other workers EXCEPT… the lady with the BIG birthmark on her face who looks like she eats about 20 of those Triple Whoppers every time she clocks in. Someone else was infront of me waiting to pick up an order and the workers didn’t say a word to either of us. The big ole stinky whopper lady picked up a bag and handed it to the customer in front of me and it was the wrong order (ended up being mine). Then she just leaves. After a few minutes she comes back and stares at me for a few seconds and rudely says “did you order already?” I said “yes I’m picking up an order for (my name)” she doesn’t even say anything, the other customer who was handed the wrong order said “that’s what this one says” pointing to the bag brought out earlier. She then just turns around to talk to the other worker about non-work related stuff. Who hires people like this? It’s bad enough to LOOK like you have an ugly personality but to actually have one too? … balance

Food is probably as good as any Burger King, but you’ll have to wait a long time to get your food. 10 minutes, sitting at the drive-thru, is not uncommon.

This Burger King is located with a strip mall. The establishment is modern with a manicured lawn and outside property is neat and clean. The inside is very clean and fresh. Food was very good and fresh. Loved the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Bathrooms are large and clean. Worth the stop

very disappointed . i wanted a milkshake and they said it was “broken”. she told me to come back at around 11. at 10:53 i came back for my oreo milkshake and she told me she’d call the cops if i didn’t get out of the drive through. i am very sad. will not come back to this location again.

Absolutely disgusting behavior. I sent through the drive thru and told the employee I had a coupon and before I could finish my sentence he abruptly interrupted me stating he only needs the code not my explanation. I overlooked that behavior and tried placing my order to which he again was extremely RUDE and told me to give the drink order- I said never mind, I didn’t want anything because of his behavior and drove away. When I called to speak to the manager she gave me an equally rude “apology” and told me they’re short staffed and the employee didn’t mean to be rude. As I’m explaining my grievance she begins speaking over me and making excuses. I told her – I wasn’t a rude customer so I didn’t deserve to be spoken to like that. She basically told me to get over it. I disconnected the call because clearly rudeness is the standard for this store. Do better. It’s hard out here for everyone, if someone is speaking kindly it does not hurt to offer the same respect.

Came here for a quick lunch, The service was amazing! The drive thru line moved smoothly, and I was happy to see steam POURING out of my bad once getting my food! My fries were scorching hot, just how I like them! Staff & food at this location are both great , I’ll be back !

Extremely slow service at 6pm. They have the inside store area closed so I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through line to pick up my online preorder. If I knew it would be this long, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Will do so in the future. Whomever manages this store needs to step their game up and OPEN the inside. If you are going to take online orders, open up your damn dining room or at least have a pull up spot like mcdonalds.
