I pulled up on a Monday afternoon and asked for a Whopper meal and two sandwiches from the two for 8 deal- Whopper Jr and a Chicken Sandwich.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Waited over a half hour for them to bring out our food. The only reason we did it is because we already paid and we weren’t just going to leave. When they finally brought our food out literally over a half hour it was wrong. My husband went inside and told him it was wrong. We think they gave our order to somebody else. At that point we just got a refund and left. Will never get that time back they took from us. At least we got our money back. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Went to burger king last night to pick up a doordash! I arrived and tried to go inside, the door was locked, so I went to the drive thru, the woman very rudely said, “ you have to come inside!” I said the doors locked, she said it’s not now! So I proceeded inside and she said, “ did you just call me a B(word)” I was a bit confused.. but I said you’re acting like one now! She refused to give me my doordash order, screaming at me telling me to get out her store, she ain’t giving me nothing, get out! And kept telling me to come behind the counter, I guess there’s no cameras where she kept telling me to come, so she can beat me up?! This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had living in Medford the last 8 years. I am an adult and I couldn’t believe the way I was treated at that establishment! The cops came and they told me they legally can’t make her serve me the food, so not only did I miss out on 20$ the person ordering the doordash didn’t receive their food! I am not sure who the ”manager” is but she told the cops that I’m never allowed back at Burger King! What awful management if that’s true, I’ve been working in customer service my whole life and I have never experienced anything like that in my life!! Sorry for you BK guess you can’t have it your way!

The owner of this facility should be ashamed of himself! These employees have been without air for over a month. It is too hot to sit in the lobby and as you walk towards the counter you can feel the heat emanating from the back. It’s unconscionable to treat your employees like this. These are fabulous customer service reps, I hope they all go to a store where their talents are valued & appreciated, instead of health concerns dismissed and avoided.

Had a coupon for breakfast. After driving out of my way to go to Medford because the two other ones near me were closed, I wasn’t charged the correct amount. I asked for a receipt and was told everything was in the bag. It wasn’t, I had to check my bank account to find out what I was charged.

Very disappointing. It’s a shame this location is so disorganized since it’s so convenient for me since I work in the same shopping center. They always mess up my order in one way or another.

Stay far far away. After like the 8th time sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes AFTER placing the order, this place clearly has no clue what it’s doing. The building outside is literally coming apart, can’t imagine the inside. Constantly awful. Whoever owns or manages this place needs a new career idea.
