Horrible wait time for dried out burgers, 5 young adults moping behind the counter with 0 customer service skills and nothing but contempt and apathy. In our short visit, we didn’t see one customer have a correct order nor hear one “you’re welcome” or “I’m sorry, let me fix that for you”.

burger king is slow. slow. slow. slow. they took 15 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich, they weren’t very busy at all. they kept putting things in the wrong bags, the french toast where very dry, overcooked, and they didn’t give maple syrup for them.

Typical Burger King… If you like BK, then you will not be disappointed… The food is good, and it’s convenient, 4 sure. If you are on your way to A.C. or headed North, you can satisfy your appetite here. It’s nothing to write home about, however it serves it’s purpose very well. Staff is friendly and attentive. Burger King at it’s finest.

Who would spend $10 dollars on a bacon king burger? (No meal, just the burger) I would Never. The customer service is also very rude. wouldn’t explain why they overcharge on the burger that is usually $5.99. And it’s very Dirty inside.

Terrible customer service. They had 4 people working on a Friday at 5:30 pm and two of them weren’t even helping make food or with customers . I guess prep work and getting ice is more important than helping a line of customers . It’s was absolutely filthy in there , they had expired food in the cold grab and go area . I’m not sure how this location is still open . I didn’t even get any food . I waited In line for 10 minutes and left .

2nd time there in 2 months and again was overcharged. 1 st time their corporate tried to compensate me with coupons that somehow became valued less then printed value by the manager on at night who by coincidence was the same manager that overcharged me on my first visit. 8 :30 pm Thurs. 9/12, 3 people in line a woman and my husband and I. Everything was cold and it was just made. Asked for no onions we got onions. The guy who made the sandwiches was new. The manager was no help at all and said to the guy ” I don’t care what you do your not getting paid. That should of been our sign to turn around and get out. And in the future I’ll make sure I will check the price in advance. If I known it was going to be $12.15 for a #1 meal I would of never bought it. Terrible
