I had gone to this restaurant after a day shopping to order some food. Once I got home and opened my food, I realize that there was mold all over the bun. I then called the store to speak with a so-called manager, and he had promised me that the money for my entire order was refunded to my card, and I would see it within five days. fast forward a week and a half later and I still have no refund. I have called the store on multiple occasions spoke to two different women who both claim to be managers. ( not sure how many managers one store can have ). The one woman would not listen to my story at all, and kept insisting that I come into the store to get more food. Then she thought I was telling her. I left my car there too, which I told her you are not listening to anything I’m saying. She told me she needed to speak with her boss and then get back to me. I did not hear anything so now I call back today I’m speaking with another woman who also claims to be a manager after I told her my entire situation she also did not listen to me and kept insisting that I come to the store. I got very stern and told her I do not want to return to your store I do not want more food. I just simply want my money back that I was promised over a week ago. Once I said that she said she was sorry and hung up on me after she hung up on me I called an attempted to speak with her two more times both times I was not answered .I now had to go to Burger King corporate to make a report as well as settle this dispute with my bank since this store clearly does not want to help me. I told them all that I really did not want to make a review and I really do not want to post pictures but honestly they forced me with no other choice. Please save your sanity and do not visit the store. They are very unclean, unsanitary, and do not care about our health. Please see pictures below.

My recent visit to Burger King was an absolute disappointment. My friends and I decided to dine in at the restaurant, but our patience was tested beyond limits. We waited for a whole hour and still didn’t receive our food. To add insult to injury, the drive-through customers seemed to be served much faster, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated.

Service was horrible. I did drive through ordered a single whopper. I was the only one in the drive through. The cashier had a hard time answering simple questions before I ordered and was rude (which is why I ended just ordering a simple sandwich). After I ordered she (older Hispanic female) took my card and then I waited and waited and waited. She helped three other customers in the store, took orders and gave food, before she finally came back to me with my order. Never offered a sorry for the delay, no thank you for coming or have a nice day. Just handed the sandwich and ran away. Now I have gone here many times. Often it can get busy, but the customer service is usually professional and polite. Now, I will not be going back.

Ordered through take out and couldn’t get a word in to tell my order. The woman who took the order kept cutting me off I couldn’t believe it. When I went inside she of course gotten the order wrong and it was very frustrating and rude. She said her name was Natalie but honestly it doesn’t matter. I’m more frustrated about her not trying to even take the order and cutting me off than anything. She has done this before. Have better customer service!

Stopped by to get breakfast sandwiches at approximately 9:45am this morning. There were no other cars in line. I sat waiting to place my order several minutes. When I asked was anyone there, the lady server yelled out “wait a minute!!!” I drove around to the window and i asked her “was she talking to me? “She said yes” and said I’m having a bad day. She also asked me “what did want?” I said nothing from here. She slams the window shut and walks away. There was no other car behind me. I see why. Awful service!

The restaurant was swamped with ppl but they only had 2 workers and a manager at 7pm on a Thursday. I ordered chicken tenders and when I got home and opened the box the tenders were overcooked. Very hard and dry. I think this BK doesn’t usually get that much business and maybe that’s why they were understaffed and rushing. I won’t hold this against them because of that reason and the cashier was very polite.
