This burger King is horrible first it took them 5 minutes to even answer to the drive thru come to find out the manager is outside sitting in someone’s car then finally goes back inside messes up my order go inside and fix it the manager was very nice tho then finally get home and all I ended up getting was a cheeseburger instead of a quarter pounder king this isn’t the first time something like this happened

I don’t know what it is about the Franklin BK. I should know better then to go there. But I keep trying it. The fries were stale and barely warm. Same for the nuggets. The two Jr Whoppers were barely warm as well. The prices are so much more than Newton BK. Which I don’t get being that this location is never doing any business. You’d think they’d want business. Really recommend staying away from this location. I like a fool keep thinking it can’t be this bad this often. But it is. A small drink is a $1.20 more than Newton and a small fries was $.90 more and the nuggets are $.50 more. I understand that different locations have different prices. But a $1.20 more for a soft drink. C’mon to whomever owns this BK. Your Franklin location sucks. Always feels dirty and dingy in there. So to any of the upper management listening, you may wanna visit this location without notice.

Is it just me or is Burger King on its way out? It’s very Unfortunate But survival of the fittest as the saying goes, we will see what happens. I don’t hate it.

This Burger King has been here for decades in Franklin. It replaced Carol’s. That used to sell fast food hamburgers back in the 70s.

Only place my son with milk and egg allergies can get a meal. Thank you BK for no milk and egg in the nuggets, fries, and burger and buns.

This is the worst run fast food restaurant ever. They cannot handle more than 1 order at a time in the drive through. Then plan on a good five to ten minutes for your order to be ready. Once its received chances are extremely high that the order is wrong and cold. The company that owns this and numerous other locations should lose all their franchises. I am always amazed how the McDonalds and Taco Bell up the street have a line and maybe 1 car at this location. Avoid at all costs.

If you like to be ignored by employees when your food is sitting there getting cold, this is the place for you… B, K… have it your way… smh

I stopped inside for a soda, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The store was updated, clean, and the staff was friendly. Health and safety protocols were in place and being followed. The location is convenient, parking is plentiful, and the drive-thru is easily accessible. I gave four stars because I was the only customer inside the building and I had a small order. I can’t say if the experience would be the same during a heavier workload.
