This Burger King staff knows what they are doing, they are pleasant, and they do not argue with patrons. A lot better in every way than the McDonald’s on Bergen Blvd ( a mile from this location in Fairview). At that Mcdonald’s, you are lucky if your meal is handed to you hot; a disastrous place to go. It is an empty night at the parking lot and it is very uncomfortable to maneuver into the drive-thru. I see that everything is empty so I decide to just show them the name for the delivery on foot. The door to the place is closed so I decide to show them the name in the Drive-Thru because it is empty. They proceeded to tell me that they cannot give it to me because I am not in a car. I thought it was a bad joke at first. I then ask for the manager but he tells me that they can’t give me the food because I am not in a car. It was empty and I could easily grab the order and put it in my car. I genuinely never have this problem with any other restaurants. A bunch of cars pull up out of nowhere and I had to wait through that line. It felt like a bad joke considering that everything was empty before.

Very bad service…the guy he was take the order was rode his name is bablo …he don’t want give us the sos and he don’t give us the drink. That worker should be fired..he don’t know how he treat the customers …is not worth to spend money in this place because those people work there they work they way they like

If you get coffee, they don’t put the cream and sugar in for you. They hand you a scalding cup of coffee, with the cream and sugar on the side. Which makes little to no sense in a car. They have a counter. And they should be able to do it. Every other fast food chain does.

I wish I can give it no star. Rude and never polite people here, If I was the owner of this place I would have everyone trained again.. The only BK I know that Never gets orders right. Another thing is they always have a problem of not giving people receipts. You should always give that to anyone who orders via cash or card.. How do you run out of receipt paper? That’s important to have as part of all your registers machines in a franchise luke this.. Please get it together.
