I’ve been visiting this Burger King since I was 11 years old. They’ve almost always had the best service and food quality! The management must be great. Staff retention seems great, too. I hope they never decline in quality, and treat their employees fairly.

I’m taking away the one star it doesn’t deserve it. Many of the times I pass this particular Burger King I remember it being under construction and when it finally did open up I just decided to make an attempt to go have something to eat before I started my shift at my job. I was very disappointed to see that they were not wearing gloves while they were in the process of making food the manager kept saying not a problem and I continue to repeat that that is a problem you’re touching the fries with no gloves you’re handling the food with no gloves you’re mopping the floor and you’re preparing food with no gloves. I also mentioned that that’s a health code violation and they should not be doing that I immediately retrieved my $12 order and ask for a refund and I did say that I was going to write a negative review on this particular Burger King in fort Lee New Jersey. Very disappointed. How many how many more people did they serve with no gloves on before I got there that is a million dollar question. To be they need to be retrained on how to properly handle food with gloves will not be going back there anytime soon and I recommend that you do not for fear that if you get sick you have no recourse.

WORST BK EVER.. ORDERED BASICALLY 4 COMBOS PLUS XTRA ONION RINGS AND CHEESE STICKS ASKED FOR BBQ AND HONEY MUSTARD I GET OME EACH.. ON TOP OF THAT BURGERS CAME WITH COLD BUNS…. DIDNT EVEN WANT TO BOTHER COMPLAINING FRAID THEY MIGHT RUB MY BUN ON THEIR ARMPITS OR SOMETHING.. NASTY SERVICE..

I was quite displeased with my experience at this establishment even held to the standards of fast food. Again, I know this is fast food and people can always say what can you possibly expect quality wise? My answer to that would be I at least expect my chicken sandwich to have chicken in it. Starting from the top, I ordered their new Italian chicken sandwich which I was very excited about. I only saw their commercial for it 50 thousand times and can’t get the jingle out of my head. Unfortunately as you can see in the picture, my sandwich consisted of no chicken. This was just bread crumbs with one measly slice of cheese and had no flavor. Burger King has NEVER done me this badly in my entire life so I am quite shocked. The portion of fries was just weak; I spent 13 dollars on this combo meal which is almost the price of a full pizza pie. I did not taste anything, and I was still hungry. I made contact with the manager and received a whopper as a replacement. While this is a kind gesture I would have liked to receive fries with the sandwich as well. I was also charged around a dollar and change for the price difference which was a little irritating but I can deal with it; better than nothing. At first they politely tried telling me that it is supposed to look. Nonetheless, I received my replacement which is fine. Would have been nice to get the fries with it but hopefully I do not have an experience like this again.

Haven’t been to a Burger King in years. Decided to give this one a shot since it just became a drive thru. I don’t like cheese on my burgers so I ordered a quarter pounder WITHOUT cheese. Got home and saw it had cheese. How hard is it to make a cheeseless burger? Apparently harder than I thought. Waste of money. I won’t be back.

So I come here often but today was different. I saw this man of dark complexion in the pick-up order side.. so I thought he was waiting for pick up. Then when it was my turn to order in line.. he litterally cut me and the worker took his order without even realizing what happened.

I went through the drive through to get a few things and I asked the lady working the window for a peach soda and she gave me the wrong one when I noticed I asked her to change it and instead she poured half the drink out and filled the rest up with some random soda and was very rude when handing the food seemed annoyed that we we’re ordering the food horrible service for the employees this happened june 25 at around 8:30 pm this employee needs to learn how to be nicer to customers or fired.
