I frequent this location, at least twice weekly…coffee, breakfast, working inside restaurant remotely. I personally witness the poor disposition of employees, poor attitudes, and poor customer service. IT WAS DIRECTED AT ME TODAY. I will never go in this location AGAIN. Who ever owns this location, your employees are ruining your business! Over the last two weeks, while in your establishment, I have seen customers enter and subsequently leave, during each of my visits! Your employees/managers have no vested interest, they don’t care, they are destroying your business.

This is always the slowest BK around. I’ve sat in the drive through for longer than 10 minutes waiting to even get the order taken. Pretty sure they are just understaffed, most of the fast food restaurants on this strip are & also often have similar wait times. The staff is always professional & courteous tho, & our food is always fresh once we get it.

Over a dollar discrepancy in what I was charged and what was advertised on the drive-thru menu. The staff and manager were rude and unwilling to check the difference. This Burger King has dozens of bad evaluations for rude and poor service, yet the owner has not changed a thing or retrained the staff. It seems obvious no one cares at this location. AS CUSTOMERS WE DESERVE BETTER!!
