A+ service. I greatly prefer this location to the Burger King in Silver Lane. Unlike the Silver Lane location, this Burger King’s ice cream cone does not force you to eat a good amount of paper & adhesive due to it being irrevocably stuck to the cone. Nope, 100% of the paper peeled off easily when it was time to peel. They gave me exactly what I wanted in terms of sauce on my whopper. To top it off, my full order was instantly ready once I got to the window. Thanks!

I had multiple issues at this location. First, the doors were locked to the main lobby. The hours on the drive thru window say the lobby closes at 10pm. We got there at 8:30pm. Second, the lady that took our order seemed bothered to be doing so. She wasn’t paying attention to us and we had to repeat our order at least three times. After we repeated ourselves, it seemed like we got attitude in return. Thirds, when we got to the window she had her earbuds in and was talking on the phone. She wasn’t paying attention and didn’t get our order right. She printed the receipt correctly and it says what we wanted, however she gave us the incorrect thing. The only reason they got a star was because the food was fairly fresh. Definitely not a good first impression. Do not go to this location. You will NOT be satisfied.

They don’t have WiFi, for some reason T-Mobile service doesn’t work having a store right down the street. A few times I’ve order on the app and always the free item disappears from my order this time made sure to put it in but it still went missing spend my half hour lunch trying to see what can be done to fix it and even asked for a refund since I wasn’t going to just drink a milkshake for lunch. And was told I could not get a refund. I was so upset I couldn’t drink the milkshake or eat anything else and came back to work in tears because I wasn’t able to eat anything for lunch because I spent the whole half hour at this place trying to get my order and trying to look for my e-receipt. To top it of seen three customers complaining about there order made it even worst.
