Ordered crispy chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. Chicken had no breading and the meat was dried and shriveled on the end. The piece was far too small for the bun. The whole sandwich was cold to the touch. Didn’t take a bite, but it looked like rubber. Also, onion rings were soggy. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this has happened a lot at this location so I thought I’d share my experience. I’ll not be trying again.

This restaurant is filled with people that put very poor quality into the food preparation. I’ve had many terrible experiences with this restaurant. After many calls to corporate about the location, my food is no longer safely prepared. The last time I went here, they placed an ice cube in my burger and waited for it to melt before serving it to me. My bottom bun was soaking wet and ice cold. The burger was as cold as ice. There were crunchy foreign items in my meat. I will never eat here again and neither should you!

Been worse and worse in food quality over the years, not worth it anymore, prices have been shot up and not cheap and fast like it used to be. 30 min to hour wait times at most locations, even at night. Went to pick up a door dash order at 10pm. No one came to drive thru window. Front door was locked. Signage stated “open until midnight”. After I got out of my car to knock on the drive thru window, when the manager came over and started telling at me that they were closed. I could see food that had already been made sand just asked if he could give me that which had been ordered so I could do my delivery and he refused and started swearing at me so I left and lost my delivery. Went through the drive thru since their lobby is closed due to lack of staff. Ordered a Spicy Ch’King Deluxe and large fries. Ended up getting a normal Spicy Ch’King sandwich. The “large” fries doesn’t look any different than the small. Check out this comparison photo I found on reddit. Left is small and right is large. I also didn’t get a receipt when I asked for one, I thought they put it in the bag but nope.
