I was behind a customer at this bk at 1015 pm. He making everything difficult for the workers and they just kept grinding and working. I tried to tip them but for some reason bk doesn’t allow that. To the young buck running drive though and front on his own was super cool and respectful. Dude deserves a raise to deal with these ignorant people. I appreciate you my dude. Keep killing life.

There were some problems with are meals with my group that were incorrectly made after adding things we didn’t want in with it, we also ordered milkshakes but it was barely even cold one had to much chocolate and another didn’t have enough in. It should be the same amount put in. The quality of the milkshakes also were very poor in general, I know there was technical difficulties from the previous day but all the side options listed here don’t deal with what happend. Work can be boring so it’s ok to have some fun as i seen but orders shouldn’t have so many problems while doing that. Sorry but you don’t have vote in confidence of the work ethics that happened on that day burger King I’d rather go somewhere else next time for better quality foods for what we pay for~

Tried this place a few times over the past few months and it never fails…the burgers are always cold. It’s as if they take them out of the fridge and serve them. When I get warm food I’d like it to be warm. Done going here thinking they’ll make sure the burgers are warm.

So slow. Not enough workers in the morning. Quit going there. No one in drive through lane. Pulled up to order and was told I’ll be right with you. 5 mins later no help. I left. Will never return. Poorly operated!

The dark haired lady that handed me our orders was rude for no apparent reason. I used the app to order our food for dine-in for the first time ever. The app says “Come in and have a seat. We’ll let you know when your food is ready.” So we sat down until my name was called. I grabbed our bag and asked her if I could have our cups and she “Did you let us know you were here?” I told her I pressed “I’m here” in the app and sat down. She replied “Well how are we supposed to know you’re here if you don’t tell us?” I was very confused by how confrontational she was being. Every fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to either has the cups where the customer can help themselves or gives you cups with the food. Why in the world would I go up to the counter before my food is ready, tell them I’m here and ask for my cups? Especially when your app tells me to take a seat and wait. That would have been the most entitled behavior ever on my part. It honestly made the visit really awkward and frustrating and I don’t think we’ll come back to this location.

Ordered the meal online. Drove to the restaurant to pick up the meal through the drive-thru. Not many cars in front of us but still was about a 15 minute wait to get to the speaker. Employee was very courteous and apologized for the wait. I explained we ordered and paid on line. He said great and to proceed to the 2nd window. 10 minutes go by until we get to the 2nd window. Our food is still not ready and had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get our food. I understand being short staffed but the wait was ridiculous!
