I went in because the line was almost wrapped around the building….I ordered chicken fries and onion rings….waited 15 minutes in which time I heard the manager swear at the employees twice and listened to the employees talk about walking out which I wouldn’t have blamed them at all….the place was filthy from top to bottom…..I waited so long that I requested my money back so I could leave twice and did not receive it….when I did det my food the chicken fries where literary un edible….I threw the order away and will never return to any burger king ever again….way to treat employees and customers….maybe you should consider closing this location until you can find and train responsible and mature mngt.

We went to this burger king around 4:40 p.m. We ordered 5 plain double cheeseburgers,2 large orders of fries, 8 piece chicken nuggets ,vanilla milk shake ,chocolate milk shake and a medium coke. The blond kid didn’t give us our receipt and our two milk shakes that we ordered.Very disappointed! Usually we have no problem with getting what we ordered or our receipt. Again very disappointed!

They messed up my order. Then corrected the order and got upset that they messed up my order, after they checked my order before giving it to me the first time. The atmosphere seemed like nobody wants to be there and it felt like the building needs a very immediate upgrade in looks. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Burger King in this area is very bad and and unprofessional. They really do not care about their customers or their health. On several occasions they are placed items in my food, that I was allergic to and could have died due to the result.

Overall horrible atmosphere! I’m not one to leave bad reviews, or reviews of any kind, but this was not a good experience. I watched one of the employees make a snarky comment to someone at the drive thru over the microphone, telling them that they “need to take a second look at the menu and i’ll help you in a bit”. Other staff was just apathetic, my girlfriend and i waited for five minutes at the front counter while neither of the employees standing upfront acknowledged us at all. This was a common occurrence, as my roommates could not get condiments because they were ignored at the counter again. The food itself was alright. To top it off, the wood on the walls is rotting and the walls have mold on them. Beyond me why that isn’t a health code violation. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I’ve never seen anything like it.

I knew immediately service would be bad as I watched them unable to even make a simple chocolate shake……watched that and waited to order and waited and waited and waited over 20 minutes (15 of which was 3 people attemping to make one shake) and no one asked to take our order or told us they would be with us…so we left will not be returning here. P.s. I’m not usually one to judge but the entire crew seemed to be under the influence of narcotics.
