I waited in drive-throu line for 30 minutes I don’t know what’s going on but this guy got his food took it back and waited for a while. Then when I finally got there the worker in the window didn’t know what to do. They give me chicken sandwich and fries and the chicken was good but the fries were cold. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Burger King ever I go to the one in Whitman instead. No wound I see bad reviews of this place. I was going to call corporate but I didn’t know where to find the phone number so I made a bad review here instead.

I went into this establishment with my fiance after work and the woman behind the counter Ossana was very nice. The issue came when I started eating my burger and discovered that it was very pink in the inside. We went back to this restaurant to inform the staff and even though we were offered something in exchange, the trust was broken. The manager came over without remorse for the situation after being told what happened. He offered something in exchange but I just didn’t trust the food at that point. He refunded me $4 for the inconvenience but didn’t apologize for the mistake. I recommend NOT eating here

This place serves old food! And they don’t get orders right! I bought my boss two cheeseburgers with no ketchup and sure enough she got two old cheeseburgers with ketchup. Not sure who is in control over there but that was awful. This place needs to shut down

This place is terrible. It’s just like what all the other reviews said. Everything except fries were cold and place is filthy. Corporate seriously needs to enforce standards closer.

Post Covid, my experience here has been worse and worse. Nowadays, every time I go here, I remember why the Bridgewater Service Plaza (Northbound) on route 24 is my favorite. Just saying.

Absolute awful drive thru service, terrible attitude while taking a customers order because customer couldn’t hear. Asking “why you mad” to a customer because they couldn’t hear their order and weren’t repeating order back correctly also while speaking over a customer while they tried to correct their order.

Served ice cold burgers yesterday. I’m almost positive the burgers are cooked in big batches and just sit out then they’re slightly warmed up and served to customers. Even the side items were cold. The dining area hadn’t been wiped down and the condiment area was filthy. The beverage machine was out of many of the sodas while some came out different colors mixed together. It was a terrible experience, I knew I should have gone to Wendy’s. This is an ongoing issue at this location. Never again BK, never again.

I went to the burger King on 62 granite Street in quincy, ma. I ordered a sausage, bacon fully loaded croissant no eggs. They have me a sausage bacon biscuit but charged for the croissant meal. I wanted orange juice they did not have any i asked for strawberry jam they were out as well. The biscuit looked old and stale. Will not be going back here again.

Place was totally empty…no wonder the drive thru line was around the corner. I ended up leaving.
