One of the ladies was so rude to me, I was making my Oder by the drive through an the lady stopped taking my order, I kept saying hello like twice and she yelled at me so I went to the window and asked her why she was yelling at me yet she left me hanging in the middle of making my order. She replied “place your order If you wish or leave” I told her that was so rude. And I left without getting my food. I know it’s a fast food place but you Neto train your employees better. We spend money over there and we shouldn’t be treated like that.

Newly renovated? This burger king must have been newly renovated as it looks awesome for a burger king. I am wondering if they are starting to upgrade all of their restaurants in order to compete with the new wendy’s?

Bank statement showed I was charged four separate times for the same order. Two months later, restaurant management ignored the complaint when contacted by corporate and never bothered with a reply. Corporate says they then forwarded the complaint to regional management, who ALSO never replied.

Ordered me one of those impossible whoppers from the drive through window. Felt like something extra. Made it a double. I didn’t feel any guilt because it wasn’t once a cow (so I felt like I could eat a little extra, ya know?). Don’t get me wrong though, OG whoppers are top dog and delicious, we should probably just eat a bit less of them for a multitude of reasons.

Visited on 12/8. I’m a picky eater so I ordered my impossible whopper my way and they got it perfect on the first try. The woman working the front was also working the drive-through but managed both well. She helped my dad use the drink machine and let me know that I didn’t put the lid on my drink all the way. She did this in a kind and helpful way. If I could, I’d rate her 7 stars.

I’ve worked for Burger King over 10 years and the manager refused to let me get mozzarella sticks because it’s “only breakfast” when we all know Burger King sells lunch all day

Restaurant needs a facelift. Other than the trash container at the front door there are only two trash containers in this very large parking lot. The trash containers are discussing dirty. If what the public can see is this dirty how dirty is the areas you can’t see, i.e., kitchen.

I would put zero stars if possible. I ordered thru the bk app and I got charged twice on an order I placed once just for my order to be canceled. I decided I would call the location and all I got was a busy signal. I will never order from here again. Absolutely unacceptable.

I and my husband went to order hamburgers for late lunch, the shop was not busy at all, the women at the front register was so rude, so we did not get anything, just left. The sales associate’s attitude was always bad at Burger KIng almost any shop, anywhere. I understand why Buerger King never won MacDonald even if their food is much better than Mac.

I ordered online and the girl at the counter knew that because I ordered in front of her and we were hanging around for it. So we sat down and waited and after 15 minutes I went back up to the counter and asked if our order was ready. She said oh, here it is. Everything inside was luke warm. I didn’t even bother mentioning it because I was concerned they might do something to my new order. The fish sandwich was slapped together and my wife was not thrilled. Too bad it’s the only BK near us. Not going back anytime soon.
