Woman that works there is so rude. Restaurant shut down for a 10 minute break, I didn’t see the sign, and she was super condescending to tell me the fact. I’m one of many people that have complained about this lady. She clearly needs a change of scenery, maybe will boast her mood.

This place should not be open in the mall , I work in this mall so I constantly see them opening 30 minutes late , and closing 30 mins early . The workers often take breaks and walk around the mall and decide whenever to close for 15 minutes for a break . Even if there’s mobile orders in line . They never care, and are beyond stingy for sauces like if their life depends on it . I got 8 nuggets do I really need a 25 cent charge for another sauce . This establishment doesn’t make money because the workers don’t even try at their bare minimum . I’m currently writing this waiting over 15 minutes for my mobile order and this isn’t the first time . All I ordered was large fries and a large soda I think this is the last time I’ll order for a while , because that isn’t fast food

The women at the counter of the burger king in the Solomon pond mall food court is very rude and conniving. I have experienced her selective niceness and watched her purposely not fill up fries or will leave the line to do something else to make people have to wait longer. She enjoys picking and choosing who she is “kind” too. I am sure that there are people who will not return to this location because of her and I will be the next person added to this group!

All 2/3 of the workers were absolutely miserable, rude and snippy and before you say to talk to a manager, there is not a sign in the front with the managers information at all. I walked up at 11 as that’s the time it opens and apparently these ladies believe they can open the store whenever they want and decided to at 11:30 today after explaining that extremely rudely to myself and my 3 young kids and laughing while they did. Just rude and unnecessary. Won’t be returning.

worst experience at burger king!!! As Alejandra was taking my order, she continued to eat a burger, with her mask off.. i asked her for ranch (I had ordered a 10 piece nugget and a large fry) and was told “no you have to pay” when it says you’re allowed 2 sauces for nuggets.. she had an extremely bad attitude & talked bad about a previous customer to me stating “she was disrespectful”… this overall experience was terrible. I got dirty looks, poor service, cold food, eye rolls… waste of money!! miserable workers! I watched her ruin a family’s mood by belittling them over fresh fries. would NOT recommend. oh yeah, and this was the general manager.. who then continued to fall security all because I asked for ranch.. blows my mind. wish the best of luck for them.

Came here at about 11:30 a.m. and was informed that they weren’t open. Tried another day and ordered a non-broiler sandwich, only to be told they don’t have a microwave. Avoid this location if at all possible.

Was looking around the food court for what I wanted and I saw Burger King but as I walked by the general manger Alejandra was walking around with her mask off picking fries out of the bin that they serve to guests, so I paused, walked away and came back because I saw someone else order. As I approached she stood far away from the register and I held up my phone and just said “hi, I have a coupon code” and she just ignored me and didn’t come up to the register so she could take another bite of her sandwich, as she comes up to me I go “hi sorry are you open?” And she rudely replies “uh yeah, looks like it” and laughs at me, it was extremely uncomfortable. She took my order, which included nuggets, fries, and a whopper, and at the end I asked for a ranch and sweet and sour. When I got my food and walked away I dropped one of the sauces on the ground so I had to throw it out, I walked back over and politely explained “hi sorry I dropped my sauce on the ground could I just have another ranch please?” And she relied “no” and I paused to see if she’d say anything else but she didn’t and started walking away so I said “but I got nuggets I thought they come with sauce?” And she points at the sign on the window and goes “two or it’s 25 cents for more” and I replied with “oh I know I’m sorry I just dropped mine so I couldn’t use it, could I please have another one?” And she rudely goes “no you can’t it’s 25 cents I don’t care” so I said “why are you being so disrespectful to me?” And she says “I didn’t do anything I don’t care do you want the sauce or not?” And I said “well yes please I dropped it I wasn’t able to even use it” and she laughs at me and goes “so give me 25 cents”..as the situation progressed she got more and more hostile and aggressive and started raising her voice at me, all over a single ranch. I am appalled. If she was professional and respectful about it, I wouldn’t even be writing this review right now. I called corporate because of the belligerent disrespect and she made my whole experience incredibly uncomfortable as she was making everyone in the food court look my way, and then tried to call security on me when I came back over with a quarter for the sauce, because I didn’t mind paying, it was the fact that she was rude about it. I even tipped in their tip jar they had set up in front of the register. I just don’t understand how the general manager of a store is allowed to treat customers this way. I will not be coming back.

Ok been a sign up for 3 weeks now saying NO MEAT! Are you kidding! your a burger place! Even if you have fried chicken and ff! People come for your burgers ! If after this long you still can’t serve burgers! Forget the NO MEAT sign and close cuz it’s embarrassing for burger King to allow this!!!!
