This business has to shut down. Terrible management. 35 min waiting only for french fries and soda. Late hours there is only one employee and his excuses that he is the only one in the store. And he barely talks in English. Why only one employee and no english??? People are waiting, they are paying money, not candy paper. Delivery drivers please don’t take orders from this store. Stay away. You will lose one hour, tons of energy for 5 dollars.

Today I went to Burger King the worst behavior in the drive thru I gave the order the person who took the order couldn’t hear properly I said 4 times she can’t understand the English and she was rude and later I went to pick my food at window I have asked her who took the order why they are rude she was more rude at the window it was me who took the order bye I won’t give you the order you can complain to whom ever you want she said it I think if this continues I can file a case on her and that store which is runned by the people who can’t respect the customers and the behavior this is the worst behavior ever in Burger King

This Burger King has repeatedly closed early (sometimes 7PM when they have staff inside until 10PM – they are just choosing to not work), denied mobile orders (and refused refunds), messed up orders completely and often, or just served terrible food. I make it a point to drive a few extra miles to the burger King on cochituate road (which is significantly superior) because at least they will serve their customers professionally and acceptably. Avoid the Waverly Burger King at all costs; the staff and management simply do not care about the quality of service or food. Out of all the fast food locations I’ve been to, this one is consistently the worst of them by far. I’m surprised this location is still open considering how often they turn customers away. I hope they work to address these issues so that their business does better, but I’ve lived in the area for decades and have always been let down by this location.
