This Burger King towed my car because I parked in the lot that they literally share with the bar next door, while I went to the bar, for maybe 4 hours tops, and they towed my car, while leaving a bunch of other cars in the lot untouched. And they acted like a tiny little no parking sign inside their restaurant (that I didn’t go in, I went through the drivethrough) was something that I should just know about?? And then when I asked why they towed it they said “parking is for customers only”… I WAS A CUSTOMER. And after I bought food there I went to other businesses in the same lot and they towed my car… The manager of this place is a joke. Seriously. Was very snobby when I asked about it

Attitude from the lady at the drive thru. Ordered on the app once I arrived they stated they did not have an item I order but app did not state that. Employee said “ nothing she can do sorry call customer service” with no solution. If she doesn’t like her job or can’t speak with customer with out an attitude find a new job.
