My very first time eating there was today 8-15-23 at 8:15pm my burger did not have all the vegetables that I asked for my meat was cold. When I call back to let them know that my vegetables was not on my burger and a burger with Cold the lady that answered the phone asked me to hold on as she speak with the manager. The manager then told her there is nothing they can do about one missing vegetable that they did not put on. I pay $21 for two burgers, and the burgers were terrible. I feel that the manager was absolutely wrong.

Excellent! Burgers are large and the side of fries are big. Kids burgers are well sized and the fry helping is as same size as an adults. Chili cheese fries and fried mushrooms were great. Solid service too.

Love love love their homemade hamburgers. Their patties are made from 100% beef and not soy meat, and you get a huge helping which is enough for two people. Their customer service is also top notch. Burger Island is worthy of my $10. I am a customer here to stay.
