I had the factory burger lettuce wrapped and with bacon instead of ham. I honestly couldn’t taste any seasoning on the burger patty. The bacon is the only flavor I tasted, even the condiments didn’t help. I had cheese fries, which did not have a lot of cheese.

Looking for a different place to have a burger tonight. Stumbled across Burger factory on loop 1604 west bound at lookout Road. I think this used to be a different burger place they’ve just changed the name of it. No fuss no frills type of deal very generic inside with Booth seating. Easy menu to order off of hanging above the register. Friendly staff. No waiting on a Saturday night at about 7 so that made it nice. Tonight was a western burger. One patty melted quesadilla cheese slice, barbecue sauce, bacon, fries and a tea. $11 including tax which wasn’t bad for the size of the burger. The fries were below average nothing to really discuss. The other thing I noticed was that it was cold inside the building and it was cold outside. Not uncomfortable but it was colder than it should be on a 55 degree night. other options for me to try in the future, I will be back. I recommend you give it a try yourself.

They need to work on signage. It was kinda hard to find and not very busy. I hope they can make it. Was told some days are busier than others. They will need to work on stopping that evening sun from blinding you. They are more than willing to make you happy. Even when you make a mistake ordering your food. I’m not sure how long they will be passing out coupons for your next visit. One gets you 5 dollars off 20 dollars or more, and the other gets you a drink and side with the purchase of a #1 thur #7.

It was my first time here, I order from the drive thru, the person that took my order was nice and courteous. Once I got to the window I did waited while but that’s just cause they make the food fresh right when you order it. I will be coming back for more. Thank you guys. In the pictures I order kid nuggets, junior burger, tater tots, Factory Burger, Single Burger, and Dr Pepper drinks.

The owner is friendly and charming. She says she tastes EVERYTHING to make sure it is fresh…. I’m thinking it is because everything taste great! Nice atmosphere.

I see there are a lot of good reviews here from people who had great experiences but I cannot say that was the case for me and my family. We went to the drive thru for our order and although the staff was nice the food was not. When we got home we were missing our fries. We asked for a protein style burger and there was little to no flavor. I was disappointed to say the least. Even my 5 year old was not satisfied.

Staff was nice overall, but really bad quality burgers. I ordered their most expensive burger on the menu, the “factory burger.” The quality tasted just as bad as any other cheap fast food chain. Prices are good but the quality was really bad. Also the young guy doing the register needs more training on the register. He started overcharging me for toppings even though it was included in the burger. The Spanish older lady came back from a smoke break and reeked like cigarettes. Washed her hands for literally 3 seconds. She then comes to bring us the food and I see under her nails that they are super grimy. Lots of old gunk underneath the nails. She should definitely be wearing gloves. Let’s just say we won’t be going back. Place was empty when we went and I’m not surprised why.

Huge burgers and many different kinds to choose from. Tastes like homemade old fashioned style cooking. Also has sweet potato fries. Brewed tea was refreshing from syrup style brands.

Our burgers, the #3, were some of the best we have found in the NE section of greater San Antonio area, Did take out & our food was still warm after about 10 min drive home. Thanks Juan for a friendly, polite atmosphere. Your service was great! We will definitely be back.

This was our 1st time stoping in & eating here…we saw a coupon/advertisement in a mail insert. I’m glad we came to eat…the food is DELICIOUS. My burger was juicy & flavorful & made the way I ordered it. My onions rings were hot & crispy & they have MUG ROOT BEER SODA, MY FAVORITE. The food is GOOD PORPORTIONS. The restaurant is SIMPLE, CLEAN & APPEALING. THE SERVICE FROM MARIA WAS VERY HOSPITABLE. WE WILL BE BACK, my husband & I.
