I purchased their signature Burger By Day (BBD) smash burger with a side of tater tots and an extra burger of the same name. The tater tots were really good and the burger was slightly oily but very juicy. The burger bun held everything in place and the sleeve used to hold the burger kept the oil from dripping onto my clothes.

Just a great fast casual spot serving up delicious no frills burgers. I had a bacon cheeseburger – juicy with super flavorful bacon in a pillowy bun. Delicious! Tater tots, which I’ve not had in ages, were good and crispy. Nice clean place with friendly service and tasty burgers. I’ll be back!

Finally!! After all the craze from Youtube’s Fung Bros, Time Out New York, Eater, Infatuation, and friends raving about how great this place was, I got the chance to try out Burger By Day after a little Black Friday Shopping with a buddy of mine. Didn’t disappoint hot and fresh served right to you if you’re dining in. They all said the chick burger was better than Popeye’s, and they were totally right!!! Huge juicy piece of chick and their BBD special sauce was to die for. My buddy had the 1/2 lbr Big Boy Smash Burger, he said it was the most yummy burger he ever had. I also tried the Imilky bubble tea in the front, really fresh, the bubble was soft enough with some chew to it which i liked. Cheers 🙂

Without a shred of doubt, this is one of the best burgers in the city right now. Recommend the standard smash burger and all the toppings you can muster. Onion rings are insanely crispy too. All in all this saved/revived/resuscitated me following a long night. Will definitely be back again and again.
