Love Burger Box! You can get a great burger, drink, and some of the best fries around for under ten bucks. The fries are crinkle cut, much like Braums fries. There’s shaded and covered parking and the staff is great. I’m there several times a month for lunch.

It was a very nice reception. I came because I usually eat at the North Richland Hills location. The food they have was wonderful. As for the Fort Worth branch, the meat was white on the inside. It was not fresh or well cooked. It was not juicy and gold . It had no taste in it, and a few mushrooms and a few potatoes In fact, I could not finish the food, neither me nor my friend either, and we will never return to any Burger Box branch. It is one of the worst experiences in Texas. I hope that you will work on improving this.

Just like the drive in places I ate at as a kid. You have to wait a few minutes longer than the “corporate” places but well worth it! They’ve got thick crinkle cut fries that out class all other burger places. Even when eaten as leftovers they’re delicious not dry and pasty. They toast the bun on the grill. Just like the old days. Burger box is a must if you’ve never been and even more of a must after you’ve tried them.

So I asked for extra pickles and light mayo. And that’s all they put on my Burger. Didn’t ask them to remove anything!! It could’ve been such a great burger. But no. My daughter enjoyed hers though.

Food is ok. Its just that when i ssked about a new product that was posted on the window. The person at the window seemed put out and when I asked if I could add it to my order the person threw it together and the thing looked and tasted just like that- thrown tegether.

I’ve gone a few times to support a small business and I’m done supporting. The food is mediocre at best, fries are barely cooked and pale with no seasoning. The sodas are usually 50-75% filled with ice. They pack everything in little brown paper bags you use for a kids lunch. The final straw was today where I got a chili cheese dog, bacon cheeseburger, fries, and chicken sandwich. That was all stuffed into said paper bag. Not multiples, just one. The bag ripped when I got out of my car and over $20 worth of food trashed because they’re too cheap to use an extra bag.
